Madelyn along all other staff members were very nice, efficient, helpful and polite. The Mac and cheese always tastes so good.

Friendly service, bad food. Buns were stale, waffle fries were soggy & greasy. Not up to the typical Chick standards.

The worse chick-fil-a i've ever been too. And that is really upsetting. Everyone there was extremely rude. They rush you through. Interrupt, make rude remarks and are judgmental. Our order wasn't correct and when we politely tried to correct them they said "Uhm no that's what you asked for so that's what you got". Just to later find out, they actually gave us another customers order and did not apologize when they realized their mistake. It was dirty and gross in there and honestly smelled like feet. I still have not gotten any response from the owner and they continue to remove my posts on Facebook. There is nothing wrong with my liking of the food it's the service and the workers. I went inside for a milkshake cause I didn't want to go thru drive thru and I was there for 30 minutes I kid you not waiting for my milkshake. The other people that had got there 10 minutes after me and ordered food were getting it before I got my small shake. I would also like to point out the wearing of masks was horrible no one was wearing their mask properly and not even at all. I was not happy with the response I got when I asked if anything else could be done for my 20 minutes wait time. I ordered 2 gallons of lemonade and 3 drinks curbside. I had to walk into the restaurant and ask for my order which looked to be sitting on the opposite counter from orders. It appears they forgot it. The head person asked a young lady to help me with the order to my car. No apology for my time or that it was late. As we walked out to the car the young lady apologized and didn't know what happened. I asked if anything else could be done. She said a refund. But my card had been charged and what I would have liked was I'm sorry from management. It was on the counter! I will still patronize Chick fil a, just not this location. In the time that Chick-Fil-A has been around, and the numerous times my wife enjoys going to the restaurant to order her favorite Market Salad and Grill Chicken, today at around 11:25am, we encountered the worst treatment and insult from an employee, who is in charge of traffic control at the drive up area. Not only did he exaggerate about what took place, but also lied to the Owner Manager, and stated, that we attempted to run over him. So the young man marked us and the car by telling the other outside workers a total lie. Not long after, the Owner Manager came to us in rage, and said he believed the employee, and wouldn't listen to a Christian Minister, and wife who is a nurse, and granddaughter. The manager said, "If you don't like the service, go some where else, plus I'm going to cancel your order." All the workers were told to not serve us, and marked us as rude customers. This is what happened, we got in line behind a white car, and this young man came out from behind the outside storage with round tubes and he directed us to back off, and go around, but we were not able to, due to the car behind us. He went back to the storage and came out with some orange cones. Went to the car behind us, and told them to go around. He placed a cone behind us, and we were not able to go around, as he passed our car I rolled the window down, but he ignored us, and didn't say anything to us. We followed the white car, and proceeded to make our order. During our wait in line, the young man was talking to the outside workers, and pointing at us. When later, the manager came out to confront us, and also confronted us at the drive up window, where I showed him my Ministers Licenses. Not once did we advance, nor come near him, as to hitting him with the car. If this were the case, we could have been charged with endangerment, battery, and so on. This was the first time, we had see this guy since we have been regular and continuous customers. We will not be returning to this Chick Fila due to the I'll treatment, lies, and Owner Manager denying us service. By the way...Gary Smouse is the Manager Owner. My Pleasure! read more

I never come back here , I ordered takeout for 2 time the first I ordered 4 sandwich for my 4 kids, is only 3 in the bag , I call them and they said come back they will pay me extra 1 sandwich it's ok , next day I come back to order more chicken and sandwich, this time I go inside I talk to the manager about missing the sandwich yesterday, so she give me back the sandwich and she give me my order I ask her are you check anything in the bag to make sure everything is good because I don't want to go back to get it again, they said they check it all my order is in the bag, I go home and the chicken is not there they missed again, I call them to talk about it, the manager said u come back to to get it, I'm home already it 10' from there , I don't want to come back , the way the manager talk is not for customers service she doesn't want to do not thing even she make the mistake, it's happened in January i don't want to come.back to get my chicken it's more then $ 20 I think the owner never know how bad the service is bad read more

The woman who took our order was unbelievably rude and impatient. I understand during COVID-19 tensions are high and volume of orders has increased but this was entirely inappropriate and disappointing. I recommend speaking with this employee about their rotten attitude. All other service was wonderful as always. Hate their politics, love their food. I grew up in Atlanta, so Chick-fil-A ranks highly among nostalgia foods for me, and I was overjoyed when I heard they were setting up a franchise in Farmington. I made a point to be a part of the First 100 event and got free food for a year (52 meal vouchers). As such, I've been going at least once a week for the last six months or so and have a definite feel for the place. First off, I am never disappointed with their Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries. While my promo meals are just the basic sandwich meal, I prefer the Spicy Deluxe. Their selection of dipping condiments is wide and the menu, while all chicken and sides, is varied. About the only item on it that doesn't suit me are the grilled nuggets. I like the grilled sandwich just fine, but the nuggets without breading (or the bread of a sandwich) doesn't taste right to me. Service-wise, their staff from service assistant to cashiers all the way to the owner (who I see manning the line almost every week) are super-friendly and helpful, even when their really rushed. Maybe it's just the well-rehearsed "My Pleasure" that is the mandatory response to any "Thank Yous" on my part, but I have yet to be disappointed by any of the staff. While I cannot condone the political stances of the owners and who they donate to, as far as fast food goes, Chick-Fil-A is my favorite in Farmington. Now... if I could just get a Skyline Chili and a White Castle here, my triumvirate of soul food will be complete! read more

The customer has the right to be upset if their order is wrong. After receiving our food we found that what we order was not what we were given. The owner went on to yell at me and my party for something we were not all involved in. One of our party members was asked to leave and never return. The rest of our party remained but the owner came back once more to degrade and yell at the rest of our group for absolutely no reason. We did nothing wrong but we were yelled at by the owner and made the entire meal terrible. We never raised our voices but we were the ones being yelled at. It takes a "big man" to yell at two innocent women. We will never be returning to this establishment. Poor customer service is an understatement. read more

Considering we are mid-pandemic, this is as good as it gets...drive thru was seamless and quick. Well trained patient crew members in masks greeted the cars, taking orders while driving through. I was able to slide my credit card without any human touch. Very organized, efficient, and followed appropriate safety protocols. Meal was hot and tasty. Granted we dined in the parking lot in our car - our taste buds didn't know the difference! Felt safe ordering here and appreciate the efforts that were made to follow safe guidelines. read more

Drive thru was wrapped around the parking lots so I find a parking garage spot and head on in. What do you know, a long line inside but the line was moving rather quickly during a lunch rush. I went thru drive through on our way to Colorado. Ordered 4 sandwich meals, and asked "specifically" for a handful of their honey roasted BBQ sauce because my family loves to dip their fries in that sauce. They gave us 2 packets...4 sandwiches. Called and talked to the manager and she said they don't gives the sauces out for the chicken sandwiches. Really!!??? Maybe they should change their name to BEEF'Filet. Great place during the day but never after 9pm. Takes forever. Delays and seems they want to clean up rather than serve food that Late. They were kind to bring cookies while we sat and sat waiting so the two rather than one star. Hopefully they can improve the night crew. read more

Chick-fil-a has long lines but, they will shorten quickly and you will get your food in less than 5 minutes of ordering. The staff provided quick and friendly service, and the food was fresh and hot. Definitely a place that I would come back for more. Its AMAZING! read more
