This was an out of the ordinary chick fil an experience...waiting at the counter for our food for over 10 minutes-plus the patrons infront of us waiting when we got there stood with us the whole time too...the grilled nuggets we were given were not even counted correctly, shorted us one & one was 'half a nugget' as well. Not what you would expect from a Chick Fil A. Second only to the Panama City Beach location as the worst One I've ever been too. Literally was in the drive thru line for 15 mins. This location has no expediters working outside. Just a merging two lane mess. Then we get our food and pull off only to realize half the order is missing. My wife and I stopped on our way home from the beach. I got a spicy sandwich meal and my wife got a nugget meal, both were very tasty. Restaurant was not busy when we went and we got our food after about 5 minutes of waiting. Fries were hot and salty, chicken was very well cooked too. A lot of CFAs are bad about forgetting the sauces, but we received both sauces that we asked for. They were finishing up cleaning both of the bathrooms when we arrived, they were neat and tidy. Just looked at me for a long time messing with cups and soda fountains, etc. after wife walked in, proceeded to For someone to check her out. The mail did not take long to come out but the chicken nuggets did not taste right my chicken sandwich did not taste right it was like the grease was not even hot. The french fries were almost a brown, dark color, like they have been sitting in oil and burnt. This was the wife and three kids were all the same. This is one of the D~ restaurants. I love The Chick but this place consistently drops the ball. Milkshakes handed out the window with the shake running down the side. Cleaning crew wiping down the dining room table with a napkin they picked up off the table left from a prior customer. A grilled chicken salad with the hot unsliced chicken breast laying in the salad greens. So tough the plastic knife would not cut through it. This is a management problem and they need to address the issues with the associates and implement better training. Most of the individuals are pleasant but a few should maybe go down the street and work for Wendy's or McDonalds where poor service and no smiles are expected. Ordered using the mobile app... as it turned out no different than just going through the regular drive thru. If Chick-fil-A is going to have an app to order food they should provide a designated parking spot for a team member to bring it to the car since the app asks for a description of your car... only one team member wore a mask and there was no social distancing at all. As for the food - fries were not crispy at all and no salt tho I ordered salt. The sandwich was quite bland-no more seasoning at all in the batter like Mr Cathy used to do. I am a frequent consumer of Chick-fil-A. I am almost a Red Member. I have the pleasure of having three Chick-fil-A's somewhat near me, and depending on what my day brings is how we choose which one to go to. The locations we commute to are in Enterprise, AL., Dothan, AL., and Eufaula AL.. The Enterprise and Dothan locations always have the friendliest staff, the order is always correct, and the food is ALWAYS fresh. The opposite can be said at the Eufaula location. Truthfully, every single time we go to the Eufaula location, the order is incorrect, the people are not so friendly, and the food has not been fresh once. We keep going back to the Eufaula location, and yet, it still is disappointing. We are hoping for a change. Our first time going to this location, we had the wrong order completely. It has not gotten much better since then. The fries always seem like they have been sitting out for hours and my daughters kids meal has not been correct yet. The only thing I hope for is that this restaurant changes. It is a disappointment and Chick-fil-A should not be proud. I'm sorry for the harsh truth, but I love you guys!
