The WRAP il give it a 8/10 - taste was amazing but the CROUTONS were too big in my opinion. You go to take a bite and it's all crouton that's scraping the roof of my mouth. Perhaps if the croutons can be smaller bite size pieces they will not overwhelm the wrap. Kinda want to ask if they will give me the messy fries in a wrap?

Handcut fries are very generously sized and cooked in tallow. I think I'd need to eat regular fries with the tallow version side by side to truly appreciate the difference. Regardless, the fries are so good! Between ketchup and cheese sauce on the side, the fries have no chance of getting monotonous. Seriously, together this is a lot of food!

I was asked to leave my receipt on the counter and told it would be handled later. I asked that the refund be processed immediately, and it was eventually completed. This was especially disappointing because it was my second visit. I experienced a small issue during my first visit, and unfortunately, this experience was worse. As someone in the food industry, I was surprised there was no apology for the inconvenience. I hope ownership takes this as an opportunity to improve communication and customer service training for staff. If I don't hear back from management, I will presume they don't care about their clientele.

I was in this Chick fil a yesterday 2/2/16 around 1:15 and what I saw was appalling. The manager along with 5 other employees were standing around behind the counter laughing, joking and goofing off. All the meanwhile there was a wonderful woman named Donna who apparently is the only one who actually does any physical work there was cleaning and checking on all the guests in the dining room. Then at one point two of the other employees who were part of the group goofing off, come out into the dining and start joking around over their head sets in front of the customer which was totally inappropriate. Then the manager, who is totally useless come out to the dining room to check Donna's work and tells her what she needs to clean, what she should have done is put one of her minions she was goofing off with behind the counter to work. I think you need to hire more employees like Donna and fire the rest of them, because they are totally incompetent. read more

NO pickles on sandwich LOL Second ; 10:25 Sitting in drive thru waiting waiting Then at 10:31 someone comes on to notify me breakfast is over I told her I was there well before 10:30 and she told me only lunch. Every time I go to this Chic Fil A location the people in the drive thru aren't that nice as other locations of been. I was here just this week and I placed a very simple order, when I was ordering the kid taking my order kept giggling when I finally pulled up to the window I see that there are four boys just standing around and laughing. I drove all the way home and they forgot to put my sandwich in so I had to call and drive all the way back. When I get back to Chic fil A they couldn't have got me out faster and practically threw the sandwich at me. So rude!!!!!!!! read more

I absolutely love this place. I've been to this place 3 three times and loved it every single time. At first I wasn't sure what Chick-Fill-A was so at first I wasn't completely sure if I was going to like it but I did. I have at least tried to get most things on the menu even though the menu isn't that wide with variety but that's fine for me. Right then and there I loved it. I also like the service. Very slow each time I got. Last time it was literally 11 minutes for chicken sandwich. You guys catching chicken in the back or something ? Waffle fries and lemonade are good but all sandwiches are so dry too. Small menu variety. Fairly clean each time I've gone. Wifi so slow.
