Does this review matter probably not because if you want chick fil A you'll stop & get chick fil a, but as for the service it has drastically gone down nearly every time my order has been incorrect or something is missing. Good spot for Chick-fil-A! Service here is always super nice and helpful. I swear I get treated like royalty every time! They're so on top of it. The food will always smack - Chick-fil-A really just is that girl. My fav things to get are the cool chicken wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing on the side, their southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing, their chicken nuggets (grilled or crispy), and of course their deluxe chicken sandwich. I'm the oddball and don't really care for waffle fries, but they're not bad. Sometimes the tables here are left dirty for a little while and it can get busy/cramped during poppin' hours but that's expected. I do a mobile pick up order at this location 2 to 3 times a month, and I've never had any issues with my order accuracy, the taste of the food, or the employees. I feel the line moves quick, the people outside in all kinds of weather have been somewhere between basically polite and downright kind, and I get eye contact and full sentences from the person in the window, giving me my order. (One of the few other drive up windows that does this is Starbucks.) Not only is this CFA location convenient, but I like their community involvement. read more

Unfortunately they continue to make errors with carry out and drive thru orders. 50% of the time the order is incorrect. Not sure why I go back. In addition when an order is incorrect they won't give you a refund over the phone. You have to go all the way back to the restaurant with the incorrect order. Came here to dine in on on 9/12 waited over 30 minutes for our food while customers who came after us, received food before us. The manager handed us 2 gift cards for free sandwiches. We decided to take a trip to the drive thru today 9/13 since dine in was not a good experience yesterday. We gave our order to the order taker who had trouble getting everything we needed so we don't waste anytime trying to fix anything just head up to the window to get our food. Came here for lunch today and the food was amazing and the staff was also amazing except one person and that was our cashier that was taking our order. Hezakiah was having an attitude when taking our order from the start to finish, when ordering I ordered another side with the meal and I made sure with him that he got it correct and he confirmed that he did but he got it wrong and I only noticed when I received my food. When he was getting our cups for our drinks he was really aggressive with them that he broke one of them and instead of just throwing it away he started to rip it up right in front of us before throwing it away. He needs to fix his attitude if he wants to be working at the front house. Chick-fil-A has put them selves at a high standard across the board. And this is the first issue I have had with chick-fil-A. I hope I have give this place more stars cause everyone else was great but Hezakiah definitely made us feel unwelcomed. read more

You can tell the food was recently cooked and it tastes amazing. If you're looking for a good place to eat, then this is a great place to go! Employees are good, polite and can be seen wiping tables pretty often, making sure to disinfect the area. The employees are always so nice and greet the customers, which is awesome. When ordering delivery it has to go through door dash. Most times items are missing. When you contact chick fil a, they tell you it's door dash's issue and contact door dash. The issue is usually that the dasher forgot a bag or two. It's frustrating that someone at chick fil a can't just make sure they get all the bags. read more

This was our first and most likely last trip to Chick-fil-A. we came in at about 9 o'clock and the restaurant was messy with the tables and floors not cleaned. We ordered and the french fries were cold and the sandwiches were dry and salty. it was our first time to the restaurant and no one explained that we were supposed to put sauce or something on the sandwiches and they was just a hunk of salty, dry chicken and two pieces of bread. i have never had a bad experience with this establishment until tonight and i am very disappointed. me and my friends came in around 7:30-8:00 the young gentleman who took our order was very nice and helpful even though the place was packed. As we we're waiting for our food we sat on the bench and my friend (we are both girls) sat on my lap and my 2 other friends sat on the other bench. A female employee who was hispanic came up to us and very aggressively ask me and my friend what we were doing as the whole bench was open the continued to openly fat shame my friend (she is not even close to being on the heavy side) by saying "you are going to break her legs". i did not catch her name but i just feel as though this encounter was not necessary at all and very disgusting and dis respectful. read more

I guess if I was at the corner of St. Charles and 83, and desperate for a chicken sandwich, I would probably choose between Chick-fil-A and Portillo's. While the original chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A is good, the one at Portillo's is better. Plus, Portillo's has awesome french fries. For me, the only edge that Chick-fil-A has is the fruit cup. Although, when I ordered it I felt a bit cheated. The top was covered with strawberries, mandarin oranges, and blueberries, but the bottom of the cup ... all apples. Kind of like a birthday cake. The frosting is the good part and the cake part I can live without. As of this writing there are ninety-six restaurants in Elmhurst. I plan on eating at, and reviewing, every one. I love chick-fil-a. My favorite thing about chick-fil-A is chick-fil-A sauce. Which is the best barbecue sauce in the world (which kinda isn't saying much because I don't really like most barbeque sauce). But I love chick-fil-a sauce, I eat it with all of my meat. Chicken, pork, steak, turkey you named it I dip it. It drives my family mad, but for me it has just become a new condiment. Which is added to by the fact you can just buy a bottle of it. (sweet) Plus as an added bonus it helps chick-fil-a employees in paying for college. Chick-fil-A is also the only place (in my area) where you can get waffle fries at a fast food restaurant. I mean different fry types are always a plus in my book. Chick-fil-a is third place in my list of greatest fast food fries. (behind arbys and popeyes) So I think rather highly of it. Also I love sea salt, which makes me feel eloquent and gaudy. Then there's ordering. My favorite part is the point system because after you earn a certain amount of points you get free food. Due to my brother's love of chicken leading us to get chick-fil-a almost every week, you know we cashed out on those free meals. I also never had to wait more than like 5 minutes when I was picking up my food. So Phenomenal service. Also on pricing, I can't say much on this because I don't pay for things but for what your getting, the $8 price on a deluxe sandwich and a large fry is a phenomenal price for those juicy burgers. Plus you get like four chick-fil-a sauce packets and that's double the amount I need. So More sauce for me(Yay). The only flaw I can point out is the lack of things on the menu that are not chicken. But there's a side soup and three salads, so I can tell chick-fil-a at least made an effort for people like my mom who is going along with our choice but doesn't want chicken. And honestly that's all I can ask for, I don't know what menu item they would add to more non-chicken items. I know I can't speak on a lot of things, like the employees, the inside of the restaurant or anything like that. As I only pickup my orders and eat at home. But I hope I can give you a glimpse into why I love this restaurant. There isn't much else to say, so I will leave you with this: 'You may have a different opinion, that it's bad or something like that. But Chick-fil-a puts a smile on my face everytime I dip my sea salt waffle fry into that orange chick-fil-a sauce. And my, I love that sauce.' read more
