How in the world can this be a Chick-Fil-A? It's literally the opposite of every other CFA experience. Sad too because It's only 8.8 miles away from the corporate headquarters so there are no excuses for limited oversight. I've never seen a store this bad and it's been this way for years. Horrible and RUDE unsatisfactory service by FOH Tamara. I treated my daughter to a light lunch at Chick-Fil-A. We both ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I ordered a Cobb Chicken Salad without bacon. It was poorly made. It was missing tomatoes and barely had the other toppings. When I went to the counter to inform the cashier she informed the FOH Tamara who immediately gave me a nasty attitude and told the cashier to take my salad from me and threw it away. This is the worst Chickfila I have ever been to. I have been working in the area for the last several months, and have yet to experience the regular standard of service at other locations. I can look past the reeking pot odors in the parking lot and drive thru, but the basics of getting your order correct with decent service is something that I can't. They never put enough ice in when you order tea. They haven't realized when you have a warm liquid and pour it over ice, the ice melts faster. I have even tried asking for extra ice, but that doesn't work. I've seen more than once the person scooping ice, using the cup to do so... violating standard health regulations. Use the ice scoop!!! Multiple occasions the condiments I have asked for don't end up in the bag. You're lucky to get a straw. And heaven forbid you order something like soup or salad that requires a utensil to eat with. This morning the shift manager came out to the drive thru yelling at the employee taking orders. I still didn't get enough ice, no straw or salt. Sad state of a restaurant, especially being so close to the original (which gets it right 100%) and corporate headquarters. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Ordered a carry out meal (12 ct grilled nugget meal) during the evening rush and when I got home realized I'd only been given an 8 count nugget. Called 3 times (once every hour) and no answer. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast the next morning and told them what happened. The girl grabbed the manager who said hold on a moment and closed the window. The girl came back out and snappily said "since you don't have the food we can't do anything for you' and closed the window. So much attitude and I just wanted to be compensated for what I PAID for. Yeah... this is the worst Chick-fil-A in Atlanta. The food was fine, but every time I've been here the service is slow. Today it wasn't that bad since I didn't go through the drive through. When I went in, a manager was SCREAMING at at employee to clock out and grab her things, presumably firing her, and making a huge scene in front of the whole restaurant as well as making threats about taking her outside and fighting her if she didn't clock out at that moment. I visited this location today for breakfast. I stayed in line over 30 minutes and received nothing. I spoke to the employee who took my order and she blamed short kitchen staff. I ordered a breakfast meal through Ubereats and what a disappointment !The Uber driver got to me in 15 min from the time I ordered my food so I know this has nothing to do with the driver but has everything to do with this establishment. Horrible Service: There was no one in the drive through line so I went to the drive through speaker. There was an employee speaking loudly from the side saying I need to drive around (to the window I presumed). When I made it to the window the line had grown. After explaining the situation to the window employee they just said I had to drive around again. I said that they need to fix the situation with employee to clear up what is supposed to be done when going to the drive through. The manager (most likely a Beyoncé fan) just dismissed me with a snear and repeated that I need to drive back around. So I'm guessing they have their own way of taking orders. Unlike the other HUNDRED THOUSAND PLUS drive throughs in the world. I could have sat their and argued but why waste the time when I could be typing a yelp review? I'm sure this is part of the reason why CFA is so popular and probably the reason why I never go in the 1st place. This is easily the worst chick-fil-a I've been to in Atlanta. There were water spills on the counter, no decor on the tables (other locations have a vase with flowers on them) and the service was subpar. The servers were bumping into each other, workflow seemed disorderly. One of their POS systems went down and my server had to go find the manager. She walked around the building hunting for this manager for a long while. When the manager did come, he didn't apologize for the wait or the system, just asked me to move to a different system where he took my order a second time- incorrectly.
