Yeah, won't be returning to this location. For our order of two items they managed to make two mistakes (forgot an item, didn't upsize as requested) and the cashier had SUCH a bad attitude. I mean, I work in retail too. It can be hard to put a smile on the whole time. But this was really above and beyond just not being pleasant. Stared daggers at me when I went to get the missing item in our order, and glared when I asked for a refill, only filling my cup halfway. The customer service has been rude in the past and have refused to hand me a GrubHub order after waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru even though it takes minimal effort. I am a big fan of Chic-fil-a. Eat at one twice a week or more. However, this particular location is so poorly run it is not deserving of the name Chic-fil-a. This one is closest to my parents house and the most convenient but I will never go there again due to the complete lack of customer service. Today was yet another example of waiting 15 minutes behind 3 other cars in one lane while 4 cars in the other placed orders and drove on to receive their food. When I finally arrived at the order point, gave her my name for the mobile order and then nothing. When I said "hello" I was told to "give her a second". 3 minutes later she asked for the order name again and I proceeded forward. When I left the window, the order was incorrect even though the printed receipt showed exactly what I ordered on the app. Chic-fil-a has always maintained high standards and this location needs to revisit those standards and adhere to them. read more

HOwever this location is the most infuriating place to come order it...I'd rather run to one out of the way than come here...it'd be just as fast. There have been so many times we've come and taken forever to get our food. Most recently was a Saturday morning around 10 - they were not that busy and we had placed a mobile order. It took 16 full minutes - with me having to go up and ask the status of my order - before I got it. A mobile order...when I came in no one was in line to order anything and yet it still took 16 minutes for our breakfast order of a bagel sandwich and English muffin sandwich. Not good. Plenty of employees. They just didn't know what to do. I went inside while my family was in the drive thru. Waited almost 10 minutes to use the restroom. It was only a one person bathroom. An employee finally comes out, she had been on her phone in the bathroom while customers were waiting in line to use the restroom. When we did finally get our food the hash browns were macerated. Picked up dinner tonight and had a suprisingly poor experience in the drive through. Not many cars, but the service was extremely slow and ended up waiting more than 30 minutes to get my food. When I returned home, the fries were cold, the sandwiches were luke warm, they only gave me one of three cookies that I ordered and were on the receipt and for the icing on the cake, they provided some type of polynesian sauce instead of the Chick Fil A sauce that I ordered. This is not my typical experience with Chick-Fil-A, but this specific site seems generally to be very slow. When I tried to call at about 6:00 PM, the message said that they were currently closed. Tried a couple more times and hit the same message. A series of let downs. Maybe time to drive a bit further to Roxboro. Much more organized and efficient! read more

This was the second time visiting this Chic-fil-a since their reopening. The first time we visited this location, we ordered two Southwest salads and condiments. When we arrived home, we were surprised to see that both salads wrong. One salad was a cob salad and the second salad was a grilled chicken salad with apples in it. We were not sure how they got the order wrong. However, as much as the food costs at Chic-fil-a restaurants, you would think they would ensure your order is correct. Furthermore, I called the store that night to speak to the manager, but got no one. So, I left a message for the manager, with my contact information. However, I never received a call back. Tonight, we returned to this stored, had to wait very long for our order and again, they got our wrong, again. This Chic-fil-a on Hillsborough Road should not be allowed to display the Chic-fil-a logo. They're ruining the brand. P. S.; I normally don't leave reviews, but this location is awful. read more
