I pulled up to the menu board and waited and when they finally asked how they could help me I told them I had a coupon and was immediately told 'I'll help you at the window'. I pulled forward and waited till they finally finished with the vehicle that was in line and when he came to the window I gave him the coupon and waited. He went back and forth between two registers and had to speak with other people working. I had told him I wanted a roast beef sandwich which is what the coupon was for. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning. I truly enjoy Arby's and it's one of the places I can get food that is safe for my body so I'm not going to give them up over what was probably just new people on the job.

Desserts were a huge hit. Churros were snappy on the outside with gooey chocolate in the middle, plenty of extra icing for dipping as well. Banana pudding was light and fluffy. Ambiance is casual counter service style where you seat yourself. They have a small covered patio that is pet friendly which we enjoyed. Overall a nice spot with good food, customer service could be streamlined for an improved experience.

I coulda went and bought a frozen pizza and cooked it in less time than the time between my pick up and when I got those sad pizzas. Also Dani is a terrible employee. Don't yell or be condescending to people watching orders getting pizza after their number. You are trash. This is a trash location. I ended up throwing out the garbage pizza I got too since I assume they forgot or messed my order up. Since it dont take 40 minutes for a pizza.

Once we got off the plane, we got the rental car and this was our first stop on the way to our vacation rental in what I can only imagine is the vacation rental capital of the world that is Polk County and Davenport Fl Ordered online, food was ready and the tenders and fries were still crispy when we got there. Service was quick at pick up and everything was packed and in order. Did not eat in the restaurant but the place was clean and well lit. The tenders themselves and the sauce, I can see why someone would put them high on the list. It might be because I was hungry too but the chicken tenders hit the spot.
