I like them thicker. The dipping sauces were a let down as well. It was a big thing of yellow mustard. Brown mustard is the way to go there. The other cheese sauce was good. We got burgers and tots. The burgers came on their own and then the tots after burgers were already consumed. So kitchen timing was definitely an issue. The service was great. Our server really did an excellent job and unfortunately had to do a lot of apologizing for the kitchen. The music was loud and not a game on any of the 12 tvs we were able to see and I am pretty sure baseball was playing somewhere. Normally this locations is five stars but this instance the kitchen was definitely a let down. They should really tip the servers out for saving their ass.

Outstanding customer service! On the Fourth of July, I…read moreordered Drake's through DoorDash, but when my order arrived, the main part of my meal - my Mushroom Swiss Burger - was missing. I immediately messaged my Dasher but never received a response. When I called Drake's in Danville, I was hoping they could simply help make it right. Instead, they completely exceeded my expectations. The manager sincerely apologized, had a fresh burger made immediately, and then HE personally drove it to my home to make sure I had my meal while it was still hot. That level of customer care is incredibly rare today and says everything about the kind of leadership and team Drake's has. Ironically, after everything had already been resolved, my Dasher finally replied saying I would need to contact the restaurant, even though I had left a generous holiday tip. Mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds. Drake's turned a disappointing situation into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Thank you for going above and beyond, especially on a busy holiday. You've earned a loyal customer, and I'll happily recommend Drake's Danville to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

We chose the Fried Pickles, the Mozzarella Sticks, and the Fries! I forget the name of the fries, sorry about that but they are smothered in Parmesan Cheese and they are to die for!!! After trying the fries I think I would go there just to get the fries!!! Everything was spot on this time and I do not normally give 5 Stars anymore but this was a great meal! The prices are not bad, the service was excellent! We did not have to ask for drink refills! They were there at the table at just the right time! Mood is always Sports Bar which is fine. We don't care as long as the food is good we will sit outside on the sidewalk! I suggest trying this restaurant! Get the fries and most definitely if you like Parmesan Garlic just some wings in that favor! You won't regret it! Or we have not!

3.5 stars We were…read morein town for a sporting event, and made same-day reservations for this hibachi spot. Large parking lot - and we walked in and were seated immediately in the dining area, no hibachi options were open. It's a big restaurant with hibachi tables on one end and a dining area on the other side. Service was very attentive and we ordered almost immediately. We ordered the crunch munch roll, chicken hibachi and shrimp hibachi both with fried rice. The roll came out first, it was large and delicious. After the roll we were mostly full and had to eat an entire meal! The hibachi meals came out pretty quickly - they were all served on individual plates/bowls. The protein portions were large. We loved the chicken and shrimp, both entrees were juicy, but had a lot of extra sauce just dumped on the chicken. The rice wasn't what we were used to, and was a bit disappointing since it's one of our favor parts. The veggies were good, a bit soggy but lots of options. Overall it's a bit pricey for what you get but it was quick and easy.

The patio was perfect - only complaint was old eyes had a hard time seeing the menu as it got dark outside. Service was great - our waitress was attentive and got our order in perfect, plus was able to split up the checks with no issue. Complimentary rolls were served after we ordered - they are sweet rolls but nothing like Texas Roadhouse. Let's just say I was okay after one roll. I ordered the chicken pesto with baked potato and my daughter ordered the chicken wrap with fries. Everyone else at the table ordered steaks. The chicken was a little tough and overcooked, and the baked potato was very good. Tables outside were a bit wobbly so the table rocked while I cut into my chicken. My daughter liked her fries and chicken wrap. Overall it was a solid meal, but don't think we'll be back.

Small tables, so if there are 4 of you, get a table for 6 so you have room for food, drinks, etc. We'll lit. Room temp was cool enough. We ordered Chimichongas. 1 shrimp, 2 steak. (They don't offer shredded beef, just hamburger - yuck) They seemed a bit smaller than I'm used to getting in other restaurants. The steak (?) was too tough to chew. They include the onions, etc that are grilled with the steak in the Chimichongas. The beans and rice were good and plentiful as was the side lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. Their chips and salsa are average. Pricing was normal for what you get. If we go back, I'll try chicken something, won't order steak again. Parking is ok as long as they aren't busy. Otherwise expect a bit of a walk.
