Geechee rice: seasoned, bacon and sausage, very good. And black-eyed pea salad. I like black-eyed peas but had never had them in a salad. These were great: plump, with bits of tomato and cucumber and onion, in a vinegary dressing. Again, yum. Enough food for two meals.
