Everything at this location is hit or miss the customer service the cleanliness of the restrooms and your order being made correctly without any errors or missing items. The parking lot is not equipped to hold a large quantity of cars so you have to park in front of target and walk over whereas they close this location and did construction however, they did not expand the parking lot which I feel is selfish. Check your food before you leave cause you're never guaranteed to have your order made correctly without missing items. Also, they can be pretty passive aggressive like you're spending their money. I had to leave another review after trying this Chick- Fil -a again! Once again this is a big fail! I ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit, and when I opened it up. I found that what I got was a piece of a chicken breast in my chicken biscuit. It obviously had been cut from another piece. And I guess I got the smallest piece. This is another ChikFilA so I won't try to change the world of chicken sandwiches with this review, but I can speak to the service and overall cleanliness. The place is always clean, drive through is efficient, and the condiments at the check out inside are always well stocked. The employees are always extremely polite and professional, but I did notice there is a definite difference inside service-wise than the drive-thru. The employees at the front counter (normally only at the pick-up area) are slow to acknowledge people coming in. Twice I sat and waited for someone to ask my name, only to find my food was already sitting at the kiosk where the food delivery folks pick theirs up, so that added 5 or more minutes to my wait...that's why I order ahead so I don't have to wait so long. I have no other complaints about this place, otherwise. Could easily be a 5 star all around. Will return of course and I do recommend. read more

In person service is good and fast however I ordered through Uber and I ordered 8oz bbq by accident and wanted 8oz Polynesian I know this is my mistake so I tried to call the store multiple times with no answer I was willing to pay extra over the phone or whatever I needed to do. No one answered and I called multiple times at not a busy time. I texted the Uber driver to see if they could switch bbq for Polynesian and they wouldn't. I'm just a little disappointed in the lack of response from chick fil a I get it it's my fault I ordered the wrong thing but I would have paid extra over the phone for them to add it . This place SUCKS!! They gave me a chicken biscuit with NO chicken and half of the biscuit! It had bite marks in it already and they gave me half coke! My daughter and I come here at least once a week, this location specifically for the play structure. After eating, my daughter wanted to play. So we walk in the play area. I'm sitting there holding our food bag & drinks - no eating is allowed - I get that. A older lady then scolds me like a child for holding on to the food while sitting watching my child. I eat CFA regularly and had to provide some feedback. Granted, I did not "check" my order once picking it up from the drive thru, but I also shouldn't have to. Especially when the order is repeated. There were 2 errors with my order. Error 1, we requested honey mustard sauce and received tons a CFA sauce instead. Error 2, we requested a French Vanilla coffee that tasted black with little to no vanilla extract. Now my wife is pretty picky and we were passing through from Rome, GA. It's a busy Friday night at 7:20 and they had already closed down half of the seating in the dining room. The bathrooms were not clean, out of toilet paper, trash on the floors. The dining room had trash and food all over the floor. My order is always correct, and I never have to wait in line for very long, even during peak breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. This has to be the most impressive Chick-Fil-A I've ever graced. The employees are almost too friendly. There are real flowers on the tables. It's clean. There is complimentary mouthwash in the bathroom. Wifi is free and actually works. And of course, the delightful chicken and waffle fries are hot and superb. Yum. read more

I have always went here before I went into work and ofr my breaks. My visits were always greeted the warm welcome smile and a fast correct order. Dealing with some crazy people at work a good generous welcome is always a plus when walking into a place of business. I always love chick-fil-a. They seem to always have the friendliest staff and best food (not to mention its clean!) This particular location can do better. Their breakfast ends at 11 and i arrived shortly after 10, they were completely sold out and (unlike other locations) refused to make my order leaving me with a choice of what else to order. I've always had pleasant experiences here. I downloaded yelp just so I could give a POSITIVE review. The workers are always caring and kind, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean, and the food always hot and correctly served. They go above and beyond the norm for "fast food" places. For example, I'm a mom of two small children, it was pouring down rain and I had no umbrella. A male employee walked me out with a store umbrella, getting soaked himself.
