The workers, am THE way to the owner, were very professional, (ESPECIALLY TO VACATIONERS), the food was AS USUAL "DELICIOUS", my wife, and children were satisfied, with the waffle cut fries , to the chicken nuggets, and the grilled chicken sandwiches, the service was outstanding and the store was exceptionally clean!!!!!! Chick-Fil-A is always great, but CFA Branson is amazing. The service is great, managers are fantastic, and the owner is always putting others and service first. I probably eat here once or twice a week and the food quality is high. Even with long lines the wait is not very long. First experience ever with Chick-fil-A was on this location's grand opening weekend. I felt so guilty about it (being from Seattle) but it's sooo good. It took about fifteen minutes, but they gave me a free sandwich for the wait. Great customer service, super smiley people, delicious food... I am so excited that we finally have a great place for great chicken. My daughter and I are completely hooked on their chicken nuggets and their lemonade. If you have not tried their lemonade you need to try it. It only has 3 ingredients. Lemons, water, and either splenda or sugar depending on if you get the diet lemonade or the original. read more

This restaurant offers consistent quality fast food in an always friendly environment. The sandwich was delicious and juicy filled with flavor. The speed at which we received things was quick and acceptable with the fries being piping hot and fresh. Normally this fast food joint would rate 4 stars, however this particular visit, the buns seemed over buttered, almost soggy, and took away from the overall taste of the sandwich. The men's restroom was also in need of some attention from a cleanliness standpoint. Overall not a bad experience, just not something to write home about. We arrived at 1:30 for lunch and the line was out the door. We thought there would be a long wait and that there would be no room in the dining room we were pleasantly surprised to quickly get through the line and then to receive hot food very quickly by a friendly server. This is a very nice casual restaurant there serves is great every one is nice. If you are not sure what to get I recommend the chicken nuggets they are Delicious and juicy and are always consistent and there fries are amazing too. The bathrooms and play place are remarkably clean. The only problem is that they are not open on Sundays which i understand why it is in convenient at times. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want some thing fast and good tasting. read more

We arrived today to a packed out restaurant with a party of 6. There were people backed out the door waiting to order behind us. The crew at this restaurant got us in and had our food out in an extremely timely manner. We stopped here right at noon and it was super busy but unlike most fast food places where the help seems frazzled the staff here was very calm. Our food was done very quickly (we hadn't even gotten to a table) and it was delicious! We left to continue doing our errands when my husband realized he had left his iPad back at Chick-Fil-A. Very good food. When we got there, place was packed and a very long line. A guy in line told us that the wait wouldn't be long and the food worth it. He was right. The line went very quick. We went and sat outside and they brought our food out to us. Staff was courteous and kept busy taking out trash and cleaning tables. read more

Service is beyond what a regular fast food entails. The food is good of course but after you leave you seem to be a little more happy.
