They do a pretty good job at getting out orders especially when it's super busy at the mall. I had a terrible experience at this Chick fil a. I had an issue with my payment. I asked about a discount due to my employment status. They said, no you don't get a discount. I thought The manager Lisa was going to apply the discount but she charged me extra instead of applying the discount. Lisa was rude and the problem wasn't resolved and I ended up paying extra. I'm surprised at the customer service. Usually Chick fil a's customers service is great. I'll definitely try another store and avoid rude Lisa and this location. read more

More like Chick-fil-Yay. Located under the butterflies ornaments in the North Food Court the preferred chicken chain of America serves the Mall of America. It shares a food court with chain icons that include Burger King, Panda Express, and Starbuck's. When you spend nine hours in the Mall of America, you need a light meal to carry over to dinner. That light meal for us was Chick-fil-A. Being that Chick-fil-A is so beloved, I expected a line. And being that Chick-fil-A is so well managed the line moved fast. I ordered a chicken sandwich, large fries, and a beverage. I am not ashamed to say that the chicken sandwich was complements of the Minnesota Twins game. That was just the chicken sandwich. That is a good thing because throughout my years patronizing the top fastest growing chain in America, I had always ordered the nuggets. After trying their chicken sandwich I realized how delicious it is. And that was minus the toppings. Thanks to the Minnesota Twins, you know what I will be ordering the next time I return to a Chick-fil-A : a chicken sandwich with all toppings. Sharing the table with it were the waffle fries. I have written in my Nathan's Famous reviews that they make my favorite French Fries. However, Nathan's Famous are sporadically placed in certain cities unlike Chick-fil-A. I could make the argument that Chick-fil-A is my favorite major fast food chain French Fries. Or I could just write that they are a very close second place for my favorite fast food French Fries. There waffle style French Fries are out of this world tasty. Ditto for the fountain beverage. The service is acceptable for fast food. We sat in a food court table near the Chick-fil-A. A kind employee would offer to refill our beverages, bring us more ketchup, and dump our food. This was better service than some full service restaurants. The only draw back to this location, and it has nothing to do with the business or my rating; is that it is a moderate walk to the restroom. Located at the northernmost end of the north food court by a plate glass window facing north towards the airport, it is a moderate walk across the food court to the rest room. Then again walking is expected in the Mall of America. This is another Chick-fil-A that impressed me. Chick-fil-A is awesome fast-food that I regard as Chick-fil-Yay. read more

When I was younger I really wasn't a fan of this place, but that's just probably because I'm a picky eater. Everything on the menu you should at least try just to see what you favorites and least favorites are. Chick-fil-A is VERY GOOD. On a rare occasion, when they mess up your order, they will give you the correct thing for free. If anyone is gluten free well they have an option for you. The fries are made in a separate fryer than the nuggets so you don't get any flour in the fries and you can eat them. The grilled nuggets/strips/sandwich are also good for gluten free people. Personally, my two favorite things on the menu are the chicken sandwich and the frosted lemonade. So, what are you doing on Yelp and GO TO CHICK-FIL-A! read more

Got a #1 meal here when in MSP on a few hour layover. It was pretty quick and easy to get to the mall via Light Rail and then I wandered around until I saw this Chick-Fil-A. They are towards the back of a smaller food court area. Service was pretty quick and efficient. The price seemed a little higher than I remember, but I don't get to Chick Fil A often because there are none around where I live. This one seemed fine. read more

They are located in the north food court at the Mall of America. Visited on a Friday and Saturday. Busier on Saturday of course but the layout works well when there is a line as they have a queue to the side. They also have a handful of seating that is chickfila specific. Employees I have encountered are courteaous, helpful, and professional. There is only a short wait for food. They are closed on Sunday so make sure to go sometime during the week or on Saturday. Plenty of seating nearby as well as this is located in the north food court. I have seen them give out cow crowns to younger children as well. It may be a bit tricky to find seating in the peak hours. I would recommend the Spicy Deluxe sandwich as this is my go-to order. I'm not much for spice but with one of their sauces, you barely notice the spice and it is just the perfect balance. After we were done eating, an employee even came around and asked if we needed any refills, handwipes, etc. Keep in mind this was even on a busy Saturday with a full food court. What great service! Look, I work at a restaurant so i know how annoying these reviews can be, not trying to be a "Karen", but yesterday around 5, a buddy and i went to here to eat, everything tasted pretty good, no problems there, but i wasn't until I got home where i had problems. It was around 1:30 am and i woke up to my stomach in major pain! I then went to the bathroom and vomited about 4 times. i don't wanna describe it, but it was basically, pepper jack cheese, and chicken. This cycle of sleeping and waking up to vomit happened about 3 times or so. Other than this experience i love going to chick-fil-a. I don't live close to one so it's always a treat when i go there. I don't mean to go rip on the franchise but this one was experience i wasn't to excited about! read more
