This is my local Chick Fil A and today a friend and I drove through for lunch. They defintly have fast service and and are very friendly. But forgetful I have had numerous encounters where they forgot fries, soup, dressing, sauce, even once my moms meal. They have okay food but delicious fries ! Always very hot ! No options really for vegan/ vegetarians but I can't blame them for that. I got a salad today with delicious berry dressing and fruit. But however disapointed that they are pre packaged so I could not ask for no blue cheese or chicken. Unfortuantly I tried to eat around it or pick it off which was a struggle. But I had to make an exception for the best fast food in all the land! First off let's start with breakfast. Two words ... chicken biscuit. That's all you need to know. Golden brown pillows of fatty deliciousness. You have to trust me on this. You cannot do better than this at the ass crack of dawn when you don't want to get out of your car. Next let's go to the other meals. I am not one to endorse anything healthy. But this place has great salads and wraps. But who cares about that, tell me about the chicken! Just stick with one of two things. Either the original chicken sandwich or the chicken nuggets. Anything else is a waste of good Calories. And do not skimp on the cris cut frys. Deliciosness. Finally, they have some of the best shakes in all of the land! My favorite is the peach. But it's a limited engagement item. The cookie and cream is damn good too. Consistently, this location has failed to serve with accuracy. We have ordered catering trays for as long as the option has been made available and this location never has provided the items ordered as they should. They try to pass off smaller trays as the larger trays. We get sent through the drive thru for an order already paid for and have to wait 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time for our orders. It is understandably if the matter happened once in a frequent while with this location but this has happened 100% of the time. The drive thru is a ridiculous mess of craziness. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Drive a further distance for the service that Chick-fil-A stands for. read more

One of the best CFAs in town. First of all, the manager Diane is a God-send! She is always friendly, attentive, and willing to serve. No need is too small or too big--I watched her help a mom with three small kiddos out to their car once! She's a pleasure to talk to, as well. Today, I drove away withOUT asking for CFA sauce (unheard of if you know me!!) I drove all the way back, couldn't wait in the long drive thru line, so I pulled up by the dumpsters, called the restaurant, and a sweet girl RAN six sauces out to me! Went on a thursday during lunch time and almost every parking space was filled and the two drive-thru lanes were almost full to the point where you couldn't even turn into the place. My experiences at chick-Fil-a are always good, but this restaurant is above even those high expectations. Everyone is polite, and even during busy times, the place can seem like a madhouse but they somehow do a good job managing the crowds and making it so your waits aren't very long. They have this really cool older guy that wanders around and making sure the drinks a refilled, tells funny jokes, and interacts with the kids. It's really a cool atmosphere. read more

There is a thing as "Too quick" of service. This location continually forgets portions of your order as they literally shove bags of food, drink and payment receipts through your car window. You have to practically beg for condiments...for three orders of fries, I requested ketchup, and received one. My last three orders have been missing items..salad dressing once, fries the last two times, and again, ketchup. Just frustrating and stressful. This place has gotten worse and worse, the food stays the same but the service is gone down hill each time I go there. The staff is programmed to say I'm sorry, which is said constantly and is very insincere. It takes forever to get your food at the drive up, and then you get home and they have forgotten something.
