This is my local Chick Fil A and today a friend and I drove through for lunch. They defintly have fast service and and are very friendly. But forgetful I have had numerous encounters where they forgot fries, soup, dressing, sauce, even once my moms meal. They have okay food but delicious fries ! Always very hot ! No options really for vegan/ vegetarians but I can't blame them for that. I got a salad today with delicious berry dressing and fruit. But however disapointed that they are pre packaged so I could not ask for no blue cheese or chicken. Unfortuantly I tried to eat around it or pick it off which was a struggle. Customer service at its very best. I went through the drive-through of this establishment close to their closing time. Upon arrival at home, I ate the fries and proceeded to eat my entreè only to find out that I'd been given the incorrect order. I should have known something was wrong when the person who took my order said she couldn't hear me well (it was a windy evening) and when I drove up to the window the two teens looked surprised that I had requested both honey mustard and the Chick-Fil-A signature sauce. You see, I ordered a nugget meal but was given a sandwich instead... So I found out when I got home. I called the following morning (they had closed for the night by time I realized the error) and asked to speak with a manager. It so happened that the person who answered the phone was a manager. I explained what happened to her (Manager Kate) and much to my surprise she was very congenial and not aggressive at all. I had fully expected to be asked to return to the store with my receipt in hand but Kate didn't do that at all. She very kindly apologized sincerely and said she'd be happy to replace my order. All I needed to do was provide my name and phone number and she said she put the info into their system so I could return to the restaurant anytime within the next 30 days and I'd get a free replacement for my meal... Even the exact drink I ordered the first time around. She didn't make me feel like the mistake was my fault or try to insinuate that I might have been trying to get a free meal... She didn't even ask about who might have made the mistake. She just took control of the situation, made things right, and earned a lifetime customer in the process. read more

Always incredible service it's unfortunate that there isn't another one for about 17 minutes away because during rush hour the line is always backed up like 6+ cars each lane. Regardless of how busy it is they always have a pleasant attitude and I've never had any issues with my food. read more

Chick-Fil-A - A Haiku Best fast food around Chicken biscuits for breakfast Bring back the peach shake! I try not to review fast food chains. He'll I try not to EAT ar fast food chains in general. But I had to make an exception for the best fast food in all the land! First off let's start with breakfast. Two words ... chicken biscuit. That's all you need to know. Golden brown pillows of fatty deliciousness. You have to trust me on this. You cannot do better than this at the ass crack of dawn when you don't want to get out of your car. Next let's go to the other meals. I am not one to endorse anything healthy. But this place has great salads and wraps. But who cares about that, tell me about the chicken! Just stick with one of two things. Either the original chicken sandwich or the chicken nuggets. Anything else is a waste of good Calories. And do not skimp on the cris cut frys. Deliciosness. Finally, they have some of the best shakes in all of the land! My favorite is the peach. But it's a limited engagement item. The cookie and cream is damn good too. I admit it. I love this place. The eager and pleasant teenagers, the lunch rush where they have staff outside with ipads taking advance orders and flashing you into perfect drive thru lines. The chicken tortilla soup, the spicy sandwich, the nuggets. I love this place. I feel no guilt eating this fast food. However....the price is high and sometimes the sandwiches seem small. read more

One of the best CFAs in town. First of all, the manager Diane is a God-send! She is always friendly, attentive, and willing to serve. No need is too small or too big--I watched her help a mom with three small kiddos out to their car once! She's a pleasure to talk to, as well. Today, I drove away withOUT asking for CFA sauce (unheard of if you know me!!) I drove all the way back, couldn't wait in the long drive thru line, so I pulled up by the dumpsters, called the restaurant, and a sweet girl RAN six sauces out to me! She wouldn't accept the tip I offered but gave a sweet smile and a quick, "my pleasure" and I believe it was. However they teach customer service at CFA is second-to-none. I'm a fan FOR LIFE!! Consistently, this location has failed to serve with accuracy. We have ordered catering trays for as long as the option has been made available and this location never has provided the items ordered as they should. They try to pass off smaller trays as the larger trays. We get sent through the drive thru for an order already paid for and have to wait 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time for our orders. It is understandably if the matter happened once in a frequent while with this location but this has happened 100% of the time. The drive thru is a ridiculous mess of craziness. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Drive a further distance for the service that Chick-fil-A stands for. read more

Definitely the fastest and most efficient place to get food from! Went on a thursday during lunch time and almost every parking space was filled and the two drive-thru lanes were almost full to the point where you couldn't even turn into the place. However, despite this, the employees here went through everyone's order quickly. My experiences at chick-Fil-a are always good, but this restaurant is above even those high expectations. Everyone is polite, and even during busy times, the place can seem like a madhouse but they somehow do a good job managing the crowds and making it so your waits aren't very long. They have this really cool older guy that wanders around and making sure the drinks a refilled, tells funny jokes, and interacts with the kids. It's really a cool atmosphere. read more

There is a thing as "Too quick" of service. This location continually forgets portions of your order as they literally shove bags of food, drink and payment receipts through your car window. You have to practically beg for condiments...for three orders of fries, I requested ketchup, and received one. My last three orders have been missing items..salad dressing once, fries the last two times, and again, ketchup. Just frustrating and stressful. I've never had any complaints about this chick-fil-a. Actually, I've never had any complaints about any of them. The service is ALWAYS cheerful, fast and efficient. If the workers are having a bad day, you the customer will more than likely never know that because they maintain professionalism and are upbeat all the time. The food is great. This place has gotten worse and worse, the food stays the same but the service is gone down hill each time I go there. The staff is programmed to say I'm sorry, which is said constantly and is very insincere. It takes forever to get your food at the drive up, and then you get home and they have forgotten something.
