Interesting drive thru but alright, the location is at the end of a small shopping center building, at the end then you go around the back. Service was fast and friendly, typical Taco Bell. Food was cheap and fast. Got a crunch cravings box and a Baja blast. read more

Dined in. Don't order using the screens. Your money is gone from your bank, but nothing else happens. I had to ask twice more, at 10 minutes and at 12 minutes. Watched them print out my order after the second time and then go make it. They should close the dining room if they're only paying attention to drive-through. read more

This location is TERRIBLE. It's slow, randomly closes and is always out of stock. I tried getting the Mexican Pizza there while they came out last month (May 2022) and they randomly closed while a bunch of us were in line! Save yourself a headache and get your fix elsewhere. read more

Going through the drive thru, told they only do quesoritos (that I was ordering for someone else) as an online order. So I sit in the drive thru, downloading the app to order. I told the boy inside that this is ridiculous, I shouldn't have to download an app to place an order. I say "boy" because his response was "yeah technology is a new thing we even have cars that drive now." if that's not enough, he then comes out to tell me I need to move, although there was nobody else in the drive-through, because it messes up the timing of their system, when somebody just sits in the drive-through. I'm sure corporate would have liked to have seen a long drive through time more than they will enjoy seeing my dashcam video. read more

Not good at all. I order through the app because I get a Steak Quesarito (discounted unless done through the app.) The app prompts you to click a button that says you're in the store so they start making it. I hit the button while getting out of my truck and go inside. While inside I noticed a total of 3 employees, sitting on their phones. I get that everyone needs a break but it's 6pm.... Prime dinner rush.... I stand at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone in the kitchen noticed me. Then he asked what I wanted to order and I told him I ordered online. He asked for me name and he shouted it back to the kitchen to let them know I was there.... ISN'T THAT WHAT THE BUTTON ON THE APP IS FOR?? So now they start my order. Which takes about another five to eight minutes. Once I get my bag I look inside to make sure everything is correct and my Quesarito is smashed... like folded in half smashed.... I thought well whatever at least it's correct. I went home and ate the Quesarito and then proceeded to my quesadilla. To my surprise it wasn't cut! How do you not cut a quesadilla???? Not my first bad experience here either. I once sat in the drive through line for 45 minutes.... And you can't leave once you're in it. So if you're looking for a nice Taco Bell... this one isn't it. We visited this location for the first time last night and were impressed .. well as much as you can be for a fast food joint. You actually order at kiosks which is nice when ordering for a family. Once our order was placed, our food was ready quickly and was all correct. Inside was nice and clean. The very little interaction we had with employees was friendly. read more

We have tried thus location twice in the past week and both times were terrible. The first time they got our order wrong. I asked for hot sauce and they didn't give me any. Second time I ordered online from the app and came in to get my food and they didn't start my order until I got in. Online you can request hot sauce and after waiting 15 min for my pre ordered food they still didn't give me any hot sauce. They don't man the front desk so I had to wait for him to come back to give someone else there food to get some hot sauce. I know it is fast food but come on! You don't come to Taco Bell for good food, we all already know that. If you're ever at a Taco Bell it's usually at a last resort. And when people do go, it's for a cheap, fast "meal" that will probably put you on the shitter a few hours later. And even knowing that, this location still manages to fuck it up! The fact I had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to finally come out to the front is annoying on its own, but the customer service was terrible as well. The girl working didn't even smile nor care about me as a costumer. And I told her I wanted to dine in, yet my order still came in a to go bag. But all that it's fine, because like I said, it's what you expect coming to a Taco Bell. The problems I have with come with the food (crazy right?). Seriously I don't expect much, but when my food is burnt and completely tasteless, and the Baja blast freeze is only ice, there's something wrong that isn't just with the establishment. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell!! Waited in the drive thru tonight for almost an hour, and there were only 6 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window, I waited another 15 minutes, and watched 2 employees stand there doing nothing while the others were scrambling to make all the food. We keep going there because it's the only Taco Bell near our house, hoping for a different result...which is insanity at this point! I know this is fast food. I get that. But I'm still paying to receive tacos that should have something IN them. This was from tonight. One taco had literally 3 strands of cheese. The other had no lettuce. Notice they are only half-full. My daughter ordered a bean and cheese burrito and nachos. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat and beans on a Nacho Belgrade. She ate most of the plain chips before I could get a photo. There was maybe a tablespoon of beans and meat on it and cheese was almost nonexistent. The bean and cheese burrito was the thinnest burrito I've seen. And nothing at all in one end of it. We'll be taking our Taco Bell business to the one at the crossing.
