There was an older black woman walking around and asking people if they would like free refills. At the same time, she was multi tasking by sweeping, cleaning and refilling sauces, straws, etc. She was doing outstanding. It was also extremely busy for a Tuesday. The employees took it like pros and were getting orders out as fast as possible. There was one girl who I overheard talking about how busy it was. I heard her telling everyone how great of a job they were doing for how unexpectedly busy they were. Still, with as busy as it was, I got my order out in only a couple minutes. I've visited this Chick-Fila multiple times and each time I've gotten the delicious food and friendly service that I've come to expect from the brand. The times I've been here it's been a lot less busy than other locations in town. This is one of reasons I will go out of my way to come back. I usually order on my phone and then my food shows up a short time later. The store is kept clean and presentable. There is also plenty of parking. I plan on continuing to swing by this location as it is one of my favorites. I'd suggest checking it out if you're in the area and need to grab a bite to eat. read more

Amazing service as always! When we arrived, the line wrapped around from two directions. BUT it moved fast and I was able to just place my order from the ap so that when I reached the cashier I was able to progress forward without holding up the line. The CFA ap is so convenient and you don't even have to swipe your card because you can pay touchless through it as well. So helpful! The food was really good on this visit and I'm not just saying that because I was starving. My husband's chicken filet on the number 1 was HUGE (see my picture) and he was definitely not complaining about that. His waistline might later on though haha. Here to join everyone else's bad reviews! When thinking about chick-fil-a you automatically think about fresh food, kind employees, and quick service. This location is probably the worst I've ever seen. I passed through town and thought this would be an easy option since you know what to expect. Drive thru line was moving so slow which I'm totally okay with-I understand lunch rushes. When I got to the window the manager was handing out orders and instead of greeting me she was complaining about the person in line in front of me, about how she was too difficult and too needy and whatever else. She then gave me my food and rudely told me it was her pleasure have a good one! I then asked for an extra sauce as I couldn't see them in the bag- she said no and that she put them in there- why we're putting sauce under the food...I couldn't be sure. But it's obvious training is lacking here. She then again, told me bye have a good one. I then said I was missing a drink, she huffed and puffed until she found my drink and again said "bye have a good one" in just the rudest tone. And I didn't get a straw. I'm sure her employees love working for such a rude manager. If you're going to speak poorly about your own customers at least do it away from the window. read more

Very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. We stopped here on the way back to Dallas from Colorado. Planned out the stop so we would get gas, place a mobile order while waiting for gas, and use the restrooms at Chick-fil-A while we waited for curbside pickup. First strike against this place is no mobile ordering. Ok fine we'll go in to order and use the restroom. Nope. Can't do that here. You can't enter this location. So we go back to the gas station to use the restroom. Go through the order line and see one of their employees taking an order and another who seems to be hiding behind the menu in the shade. She's not taking an order but instead standing behind the sign/menu and fiddling with it. We were unsure if we should change our lane and go to her or wait for the other employee who was still taking another order. The fiddler finished playing hide and seek behind the sign and walks to other side of it. Ok I guess she's ready for us? She looks over at us and doesn't react or wave us down. Maybe she's not working? She's dressed differently, maybe she's fixing the sign? (MGMT:I have a picture of her standing there not serving anyone if you're interested)Finally the car behind us goes to her and we realize, she IS working the drive through, she just doesn't want to be. We order, pay and get our food. Quickly we realize they forgot two of the 4 items we ordered. Turn back go back and park and walk up to a male employee outside near the drive through. This guy was the only person working here who seemed to take pride in his job. He quickly radioed in the mistake and a lady came out with our missing items soon enough. The whole process was much more difficult and frustrating than we'd planned thanks to this disappointing location. On the plus side, the food was good. read more

Very impressed, Gavin was quick to welcome me, ask for my order, polite, friendly, thorough, a nice young man to interact with. Also, the slightly older maybe, grayish haired woman that brought me my order, incredibly sweet, double checked with me, asked me if I was happy, asked me if I needed anything, thanked me for coming and had a very sweet smile to her. I have a 20" beard and most people are stand-off-ish, maybe intimidating, idk, but she treated me like we were king lost family. On day two of road trip from California to Virginia. Stopped at Chick-fil-A because always have deliciousness at restaurant back home. Ordered grilled chicken club with colby jack and no tomatoes, fries and a chocolate shake without whipped cream or cherry plus another order of fries and a chocolate shake with whipped cream but no cherry....unfortunately my club had tomatoes but no bacon, my chocolate shake tasted like strawberry and no straws were in our bag. Employees asked for order clarification numerous times but still couldnt get it right. Of course, we were in a hurry to get back on the road and didn't check our bag until on the highway. Not going back for straws and corrections tonight and not recommending this restaurant to anyone!!! Over $21 for wrong order!!! read more

Went to Chick-fil-A last night at this location on Amarillo Blvd. I had seen so many negative reviews that I thought it's time for a good one!! I was there an hour before closing. It did take them a few mins to get to the speaker at the drive thru but he apologized for that and got to me took the order and said it back. At the window the employee was neat clean polite and orderly. Very impressed! He handed my food to me in a container so as not to transfer germs . Everything was in separate bags and got the order correct! I recommend this particular Chick-fil-A! Good job guys! read more

Great food, excellent service, and I support Chick-fil-A 100%. I really like the mobile app, because you can order before you get here. It takes time to make food fresh, so that way it is fresh when I get here and I don't have to wait as long. And, it is already paid for when I order it online with my card. Very disappointed. I bought a $20 gift card and gave it as a gift. When the person tried to use it, the number on the gift card did not match the number on the receipt. The gift card showed it HAD NEVER BEEN ACTIVATED. I believe the sales clerk did not hand me the correct gift card with my receipt. I was told I had to call the CFA help line. Now I have to wait for them to email me a form and send it in with the gift card. Here's what good customer service would have looked like-- The clerk would have apologized for my inconvenience, fixed the gift card, and offered me a free drink--on the spot. read more

I'm rating this location as high as I am because this is a brand new building. Everything is very clean and spanin' new. Not happy at all with the service here went to get food ordered 2 8 count nugget medium meals. Got to the window paid the $16 dollars looked in the bag only had one meal. so i said um im missing food mind you it was 9:11p.m and im pretty sure they close at 10:30p.m and i was told they couldn't get my food made because they shut dow. then it took over 10 minutes to get a refund which wasn't a full refund. and come to find out I got chicken strips. Whoever is the hiring agent needs to be fired because half of those employees looked as if they didn't have a clue to what they were doing. And they clearly cant read or count. read more

Very rude and snobby place. They tried to rush you on your order, when there is no line. They keep asking you the same questions and then when you tell them. They talk bad about you to another coworker that's new, even though you are still in the store. You ask to talk to the manager and he doesn't apologize for her rude behavior instead he tries to tell you, you are wrong. Natalie and joseph needs to take a class on manners and etiquette or this place will go down hill. I know I won't go back, the reason i go is my kids love to play on the indoor playground. Kindly requested ketchup & bbq sauce when ordering. Arrived at window, paid, handed bag & drink. Requested of window person, "ketchup & bbq sauce inside?" She reported, "oh, sure." I checked. No. SHE glared at me with a snort, "UNDER everything." I looked. No. Not there. RE-REQUESTED ketchup & bbq sauce (hey, third time the charm??). Window person tossed them very angrily, trying to close window. "Extra napkin, please" was the request. SHE handed one out, I requested the manager, SHE reported, "I AM the shift manager" and slammed the window. Left and tried to fill out online survey, no joy as receipt was torn in half. When we finally got our order, which was still wrong, my dad said he had places to be and things to do and he didn't have time to wait that long because of the difficulties.
