I know I just wrote that recent review of this place. I felt obliged to mention the I had a very long day today and while heading home I suddenly craved a Chick and Burger smash burger even though I had not yet tried it. I Jin was very friendly remembering me. I went for the gusto I had the double smash burger and fries. OMD (oh mio Dio) it took less than 15 minutes and all was placed in a classic brown paper bag with and inset handle opening (so classy) I rushed out the door and on my 10 minute journey home I managed to reach in for the amazing crispy, hot, and fluffy fries. Needless to say I only had two fries left when I got home. When I opened that ecologically correct box, it was (LAFB) love at first bite. The bread was well toasted, with thinly sliced dill pickles, well grilled onions, American cheese, including between each patties. It was an explosion of a flavor fest! My neighbor and friend was compelled by her dog Bubba to stop and plant himself at my door to let him in (he obviously was following that luscious scent) I shared a piece with him and my dog (Guido) they were hooked! I'm so happy for having discovered this place and hope you give it a try. It's in the Gower Gulch mini mall that is experiencing a renovation! Thank you!

Everything was delicious, we had the bibimbap bowl, pork spicy bowl, and a single burger. I really enjoyed how flavorful the meat was in each bowl, and how hot and fresh everything was when it came out. The service was super fast and friendly as well. The cheeseburger and fries were also very good, I loved how thick the patty and fries were!

I visited Chick & Burger located in Gower Gulch mall in Hollywood and I am throughly pleased . Their menu is a blend of Smash burgers and Korean dishes a concept that works. I ordered Korean Fried Chicken sandwich with sweet butter sauce which is served with a sides of fried. The chicken sandwich was a large white meat chicken fillet which coated with a crunchy crust while being tender and juicy on the inside delicious. The French fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, in all a very satisfying meal and a good value as well. Also, here is a good selection of beers and wines reasonably priced. It's independent small businesses deserve our patronage .

Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered a smash burger, and enjoyed said smash burger. Fresh, good quality ingredients. Fries were also good and crispy. With minimal staffing and being mildly busy, service ended up being a little bit on the slower side. Both with taking orders and getting food served. But nothing unbearable. Overall a positive experience and good food.

Love the plant and music in this place

The owner is the sweetest lady she gets down in the kitchen! The french fries and burgers were bomb. They put love in this food. After seeing little simz, we came to eat :) a great choice .

We stopped at Chick & Burger at the Gower Gulch Mall in Hollywood before a show at the Hollywood Palladium. The menu is a mix of smash burgers and Korean dishes. I had the smash burger and it was great. The burger had good flavor, the nice crisp edges and the bun was soft. It was served with a sides of fries. The fries were crispy and good bar food level. We also had a bulgogi beef bowl that was also good. Friendly service. This place is a great local choice before a show. We will be back before our next show.

Good food with excellent service! Fried chicken sando was on point! We'll be back!

First time trying this spot & we loved it. Fried chicken sando was fried to perfection, crunchy outside & juicy inside. Bread was soft & pillowy. My Sis ordered the fried wings and they were delicious too. Excellent service & super friendly staff, thanks Jin. We'll be back!

What I Ordered: 5 wings & Sweet Potato Fries Double Burger with Bacon & Fries Classic Ceasar Salad with Chicken Food: The wings were some of the best I had! It's a Korean Fried Chicken style with a Soy Garlic sauce. The wings were fried to perfection with a great crunch in every bite. The sauce had great bold flavor that mixed in well with the fresh chicken. I would love to try the other flavors next time. The double burger with bacon was great as well. These were smash burgers so definitely on the thinner end, but their flavors were definitely not so thin. The toasted buns were a nice finishing touch. I was surprised at how much I liked the ceasar salad. To be honest, salad is not a go to for me when I order food from a restaurant. This salad did provide a healthy balance to the chicken and burger that I had. Service: The staff were nice and friendly! Ambiance: indoor seating with PLENTY of seats around the restaurant. Multiple tvs here, it would be great to watch a game here one day. FREE Parking! (This is crazy hard to find in this area)

Such a GEM! why decide on getting smash burgers or Korean fried chicken when you can have BOTH?! Literally a dream all in one spot! We were immediately greeted & helped by Hawaii. She was extremely helpful and made sure to let us know all the best menu items to get. We went with the honey garlic wings, double smash burger & fries, and the beignets! Everything was so delicious and truly some of the best KFC we've had so far. The batter was light and crispy unlike other spots that are too thick. There's tons of space to bring your friends and family and there's a FREE parking lot. WINNNNING. Highly recommend!

This place was really nice and has a ton of seating which was awesome for my larger group. The staff were really patient and friendly dealing with so many orders. The food came out quick and delicious! I ordered the kimchi fried rice and it was so so good. Everyone loved their meals and I can't wait to come back!

When I arrived, there were only about 15-20 people ahead of me in line. As the afternoon progressed, the line stretched down the street, yet no staff member came outside to communicate capacity limits, seating availability, or where the line should reasonably end. Even more concerning, patrons were not admitted until after the match had already started. The situation quickly became chaotic. People who had waited for hours were understandably frustrated, and many were openly voicing their concerns. Groups were admitted one at a time, creating further delays. When it was finally my turn to enter, I was informed that all tables had been taken and that only standing room remained. I was allowed to look inside before deciding whether to stay. What I observed was particularly disappointing: many individuals who had not been ahead of me in line were already seated at tables. I have no idea how they got in but I suspect they were allowed in through some other entrance. After waiting more than two hours based on the information provided by the establishment, this felt unfair and misleading. Most disappointing was having invited friends to join me for the match, only to have the experience ruined by what appeared to be poor planning and inadequate crowd management. The demand for a major World Cup match should not have come as a surprise. If the venue anticipated significant attendance, additional seating, staffing, and clear communication should have been put in place. This was one of the most poorly managed event experiences I have encountered. At a minimum, I believe the ownership should publicly acknowledge what occurred and apologize to the many customers who invested hours of their time only to be left without the accommodations they were promised. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My friend and I split the love bug and it was disappointing. It tasted fruity, but watered down and it felt like there was barely an alcohol in it. I also tasted my other friends' drinks which were also not good. The raspberry beret and the peach paloma were both bitter and not pleasant tasting.   For food, the only decent thing was the buldak. It was cheesy and I liked how they infused the corn cheese into it. The chicken was good and juicy. The tteokkbokki was weird. Firstly, they didn't include the parmesan crisps as they mentioned in the menu. Secondly, the sauce was different compared to other tteokkbokki sauces I'm used to. It was dark red in color, soupy, and oily which I did not like. Thirdly, the rice and fish cakes themselves were very unique in shape. The cakes and sausages weren't that bad and the textures were good, but the sauce was just not it.  Lastly, the ramen was such a scam. For $15, it was just regular shin ramyeon with some mussels, jalapenos and peppers added. For all the food dishes, the portions were all small relative to the price and were not great for sharing in big groups.   The interior was spacious and vibes were decent. The music from the DJ booth was good. The photobooth wasn't working when we visited which was a minus because my friends and I like the photobooths. There's a free and private parking lot next to the pocha which can get filled.   Overall, not the greatest experience at this pocha mostly because of the food and drinks and I would probably not visit again.
