I was seen right away, no wait. Dr. Schachter was very kind, calm and gentle. He made sure to administer the novocaine in the most painless way possible. He talked me through everything, took his time and by the time the tooth was removed- I didn't even realize he had taken it out. I felt nothing! His assistant was super sweet, kept my company and talked to me while we waited for the novocaine to kick in- she even let me hold/squeeze her hand during the procedure (in hindsight it was totally unnecessary the way I squeezed the crap out of her hand, but it was still very comforting lol). Best experience I could have ever asked for. Highly highly recommend!!! He also let me keep the tooth which I found to be really cool LOL. My little souvenir

This man is of the old school and if you need to ask? you will never get it! he worked with what insurance I had left and made me feel that getting this right was at the top of his list. His hygienist is the best. I have gum issues and every time I got a cleaning from her I had minimal or no pain at all. It really is an awesome office. Unfortunately, he hasn't taken my insurance for a few years so I was forced to go to another dentist which was a nightmare! I almost want to keep paying out of pocket because I like them that much!!
