Jeep knows that they have an issue with the clock spring on this vehicle, which is why they extended the warranty on it to 15 years. They call me today and tell me that it is a fuse panel issue and that they can take care of it for $1800. Needless to say, I declined their offer. I go to pick it up and the write up confirms the codes I gave them and says that they recommend "replacing the TIPM then re-evaluate." They never even looked at the clock spring. On top of this, they charged me $165 to plug my vehicle into their computer and confirm the codes I already gave them. My vehicle ran for less than 5 minutes (I reset the mileage and engine time when I dropped it off) and then they "lost" it. Had to have one of the service guys drive around a different lot to find out where they had left it because they never brought it over after testing. And people wonder why no one trusts a dealership.

I've sent trucks in for repair that came back broken. When I look at the ticket, it says that they were unable to verify the issue. Unable to verify that the ignition was broken? Really? I didn't have any problem verifying that it was still broken when I picked up the truck. When I took the truck back, I asked the service adviser what the issue with the broken part was only to be palmed off on the cashier to explain to me what the service department did to fix my truck. Really? The service department isn't all underwhelming. The last two times I took my truck in for a repair, I was directed through the Fast Lane. Honestly, I felt relieved that I wouldn't have to go through their standard service advisers because I didn't think I could make another pass through there and maintain my sanity. The service staff in the Fast Lane are always very friendly and very interested in ensuring that I get my truck repaired correctly every time. They're also very good about keeping me informed about what's happening with my truck, which I sincerely appreciate. I'm fine with whatever they must do to repair my truck as long as they fix it and I don't have to make two or three trips back, but the communication with the dealership is always very nice because it allows me to plan more appropriately when the repair is complete. Honestly, the Fast Lane is the only reason I still use Reynolds Ford service. Were it not for them, I'd most likely find another dealer to service my truck while it's under warranty.

Worst customer service imaginable. They broke a tail light during removal and didn't bother telling…read moreme or fixing it. There's blue paint splatter under the clear coat on my silver truck. The hood is still all scratched up. They didn't paint my brush guard. And the list goes on & on. Clint is a horrible person. He only sent me updates after i called. Which was only once every two weeks. He didn't have the drive train quoted which caused my insurance to try and total my truck. And it took over two months and still wasn't complete. The lady in the office said he wasn't there when I picked up my truck but, I watched him peel out of the parking lot while i was on the phone with my insurance! I will never use Gerber again.
