I left and the tires were not re-set to their new position so all of the tires were reading incorrectly and showing to be low. The tire they repaired began leaking again one month later. I asked them to re set the TPMS. After having my vehicle for over an hour and half, they pull it out and say it is complete. They then inform me, the TPMS on one tire which they repaired is going out and want to charge $109 to replace it. Instead of asking me if I wanted it fixed, they pulled another vehicle in. They did not complete service and had a terrible attitude. Even though my tires are wearing faster than the warranty, I will not be going back to have them replace the tires.

Why I use Big O Tire And Services, Edmond. An example of the…read morekind of service to expect from this owner- operated tire and auto service store, I can best exemplify by recent experience. Four years ago after an oil change on my 145000 mile car, a serious oil leak developed from the oil pressure sensor, which I had them replace. Last week a serious oil leak again occurred at that sensor. Although standard warranty on parts and labor is 1 year or 12000 miles, since this car had less than 2000 miles since repair, owner Ron did the replacement and oil refill for no charge. That's real customer service!!
