We've been to this place several times and sent friends and family there as well. The food has always been good but tonight was a disaster. We had to wait over an hour for our food - a gyro sandwich and some hot wings - nearly two hours total. My wife asked to speak to the manager and all he asked was "how was your food?"; didn't care that we were spending our 48th wedding anniversary there to have a memorable time. I am a huge pizza fan and always look for new places to eat it. This was a place I found because I saw my coworker at lunch with a slice of their Chicago deep dish. I was skeptical because this is North Georgia! So I got their number and called in an order of my own deep dish. It was really great. These guys do it right. It really is the real deal. The crust is correct. The sauce, the toppings(pepperoni), and it was cooked perfectly. It was even great when reheated. Reminded me of my old favorite, the Upper Crust in Buckhead. I returned 3 weeks later and got their biggest pizza; the Double Decker XXL Meat Lovers. This beast has 5 toppings, two crusts, is 18 inches across, and weighs seven pounds. It takes both hands to hold a slice and I could only eat two slices and I was done. I wish I had found this place sooner, but now I will make up for lost time. My wife is from Chicago and loves the Pizza here. We love to order the pizza for family nights. We were extreme disappointed when we arrived at 8:40 pm for a date night. The restaurant was listed online as closing at 10:00 pm. When we arrived the servers were slow to help us. After several min a server came to tell us the restaurant changed the closing time to 9:00 pm. We asked when they changed the time and the server responded, "uh...just today". We walked out the door to see the restaurant hours open till 10 painted on the door!! Very disappointed in this type of service. Don't know if we'll be back. read more

Our hostess was polite and friendly and our server an absolute delight. We had a lovely three course meal of salads, appetizer and deep dish pizza and she did her best to ensure they were staggered just right to give the pizza the needed time to bake while still keeping the dinner from feeling like we were waiting. Thin crust and it was sublime. We had some veggies and italian sausage. The sausage was high quality, and I was a bit surprised at how crisp the crust was in spite of the wife loading it down with veggies. We were told that there would be a 15 minutes wait and after 5 minutes were were seated at our table. With 90 seconds we were greeted by bout server Wendy. Wendy was cheerful, pleasant and attentive. The reason for the one star is the price I was charged was more than what is shown on your websites' online menu. Upon picking up my order, which was placed on Wednesday evening, August 24, 2022, I inquired about the difference in price. The black haired young lady at the pick up desk RUDELY explained that food prices change daily and they did not have time to update their online menu. I was flabbergasted as to her response! This is very unfortunate as I love your food, but I will not be back. I would think that most guests expect to be charged the pricing as shown on the businesses online menu and not more when their order is picked up. read more

We went to Chicago's for my dad's birthday and were disappointed. I got the chicken pesto tortellini pasta, and both of my parents got calzones. We had the jalapeño poppers for an app. They were okay, not homemade. Marinara on the side was bland. Bland seemed to be the theme for the night. I had a Caesar salad with my meal, but was brought a bowl of iceberg with a tomato wedge and shredded Parmesan, plus a plastic cup of dressing. The dressing was good, but it certainly wasn't the Caesar salad I was expecting. After a pretty long wait, our food arrived. My pasta was so bland, and it should not have been, with pesto sauce. The grilled chicken was definitely the tastiest part of the dish. But I added salt, parm from the shaker, and red pepper flakes - still bland. I was bummed. My parents both got the veggie calzone, add fresh garlic. Not sure there was any fresh garlic, but there was definitely not much flavor. The veggies seemed fresh...it was just like the person making it didn't season anything. The cheese was minimal as well. There were okay parts to the meal, but overall, everything lacked flavor. Darned me! I went to try to pizza last week and I didn't even get it! I will next time for sure! They have a gyro on the menu and I just couldn't pass it up. It was very, very good. My g/f and I also shared cheese bread and poppers. All very good. We visited a little after 1:00pm and we were the only ones there. It took a little time to get our orders but I'm sure everything is made to order because it was all so fantastic. The menu is quite large with additional boards hanging above the register showing even more items. I'm sure this place must sell a lot of pizza because I've heard the pizza is so good. First visit yesterday. Mid afternoon, had the place to myself. Every positive thing you read about the service - it is true. Not only was the staff friendly, but they were also quite competent. I started with a draft beer in an icy cold glass. They quickly responded to my request to change the channel to golf - all great so far. As tempting as several of the menu items were, I finally decided on a 12" thin crust pizza with sausage, onions, and fresh garlic. (No date planned for after dinner) It arrived as promised : hot crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and very tasty. Good value and clean surroundings rounded out my experience. This was one of the best deep dish pizzas I've ever had. The service was polite, efficient, and quick. Another unexpected surprise was how good the wings were. We got the teriyaki hot and they were so good. Sweet and just spicy enough. We even got some entertainment with our meal as the couple sitting across the room from us was clearly having the worst day of their lives. I'm pretty sure he cheated on her. Cambell soup type sauce, very little and flavorless and barely any cheese. Totally caught off guard as reviews led us to believe was made in house.. We order from a pizza establishment probably once a week in our household, and we have had an issue (didn't get what we ordered, waited for an extreme amount of time for delivery, food sucked, etc) at least once with every single pizza place, EXCEPT CHICAGO'S. Every time we place an order, it's large, but they nail it every time. Their lemon pepper wings are our favorite. But we've never had anything bad- even down to the simple kid's spaghetti.
