My mom and I didn't originally plan on coming here, but we didn't see a crowd inside the restaurant and we were looking for a quick spot for lunch on a rainy Sunday. The ordering pad was easy to use; I also was able to apply the coupon I wanted to use. It was my first time I tried the Chicken Shack. I liked there were multiple pickles placed inside the sandwich to balance this crispy, thick, showstopper fried chicken breast. The app. reminded me of the promotion so I was able to take advantage of it. I ordered my mom a shroom burger. For those who don't know what that is, is a vegetarian sandwich with fried stuffed portobello mushroom with a plenty amount of cheese. Therefore, it can be messy to eat. Nevertheless, this is my go-to choice since I don't see any other fast food restaurant chains offer this. Service was relatively quick for a busy Sunday. Most importantly, we were able to fetch a table without any difficulty. I occasionally receive promotional offers from their app., so I will definitely be patronizing "Shake Shack" whenever I encounter one.

There was a large cluster of individuals in line to use the kiosk because they seem too scared to talk to a human-even though there's absolutely no line to talk to the women up front. It's kind of sad realize how antisocial people have become but also, I know it's beneficial to use a kiosk for the company because they're getting really fast data results, people tend to add more of their order because they're not being watched and they're able to do it in an antisocial way. Honestly, it's actually really fascinating. This place is always busy so as normal, we waited for about 20 minutes. It's OK, it looked like they were a little bit short staffed as 95% of the population of the restaurant was waiting in line. It's usually backed up at this location as it's super busy and very popular but tonight, I can't tell if it's because they're just backed up, or if no one can hear the number because they use those funny one liners after each number which makes it harder to hear the actual number called. I think this location-as it is mostly a tourist spot-is usually very clean. Tonight, it was not. I think it might've just been that one table around us, but whoever sat there before the fries were all strewn about and the sauces were all over the table cloths and there were napkins everywhere, and it just looked kind of bad. Upon tasting, we could tell everything was well made (fresh tastings, balanced flavors and fluffy bread) but it wasn't exactly outstanding or that much better than average.
