I will say the place overall feels pretty scammy. They make you pay AND tip before the service even happens, and are pretty rude and pushy about it. For example, before the service I requested she charge $95 on my card ($80 massage + $15 tip) and she told me tip needs to be $20. She didn't back down when I tried to fight it, so I let it go because I didn't want to get bad service. Then, she tried to charge $105 without telling me, and when I saw her typing that in the machine and questioned her she told me it covered the credit card transaction fee (and then decreased it to $103). I understand needing to charge beforehand so people don't just dip out after, however I would prefer tipping after the service so I can choose an appropriate amount? Wild. On top of all that, there was somebody else's hair on the massage table when I laid down and a giant spider on the wall... overall would not recommend this place even though it's cheaper than others in the area.

Weirdest experience ever. Paid for a full body Swedish…read moremassage. One girl ran into the room, spoke to me- and as the massage started and I told them to mix in my cbd balm into their oil ... a man's name responded. I realized that my masseuse is a totaly different person!!' Okay- no issues. My balm was not oily enough, and I asked if they could add their own oil to it- there was not any!!! The masssage ended without me even tuning over - full body?! How. It did last the full hour. Also the music was a very aggressive classical and I mentioned that it was not super relaxing. Nothing was done about it - they did not even turn down the volume. Meanwhile I heard people vacuuming and yelling behind doors- usually loud elevated voices are not even allowed at massage establishments. Needless to say - the massage room needs an update. Sound like accidental business not repeat clientele- Not going back

This task is typically…read moreimpossible but I saw this spot, their homepage advertised same day bookings and they actually had times available on their booking site with Alex! I checked the reviews for any mentions of Alex and they were all positive so I was pretty excited. From start to finish Alex was fantastic. He was very accommodating from the get go, offering to turn on the heating on the bed, covered my hair with a towel to keep my hair out of the way and support for my shoulders while he worked on me. It was clear that he was pretty knowledgeable with the body/muscles/anatomy and how to best take care of me with mobility and relaxation in mind, these two things are not always the easiest to find in one massage. I pretty much transcended by the end of the massage and was so, so happy to be pleased and not disappointed with trying out a new business and new therapist. I've gotten many massages and am excited to have found a therapist like him that I can feel confident about booking with again!

Once we were in the room she asked me to explain what areas I wanted to focus on. I explained that I had had knee surgery 7 weeks ago and that my calf and hamstring on that leg were tight and needed to be stretched out. She nodded that she understood. She started working on that leg with light pressure and then moved to the left leg. I asked her to please go back and apply more pressure on the right leg and she refused, citing that my surgery was too recent and that she would need to wait 8 weeks to apply more pressure. At the end of the session I asked her why she didn't tell me that she was not going to honor my request when we first discussed it but she just repeated what she had said before. I had booked a longer appointment just to have this issue properly addressed and it was not. I didn't get the work done that I asked for and feel that I am owed at least a partial refund. I left a review at the office but have heard nothing back from them.
