This place is extremely unprofessional. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication…read moreis all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasn't cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-do's were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasn't until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14" design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesn't do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be would've "looked stupid", which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They aren't the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but I'd highly recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately the business was sold to a very unprofessional owner. I've been a loyal customer so I stayed with the company after being sold. It has been the worse experience ever. They would give promise dates when customers would receive their orders. They didn't receive orders till MONTHS after being promised. They the "rushed"orders and sent apparel out with the screen print peeling off. I was told by the owner he would fix the apparel with logos peeling off. After promising to fix damaged apparel he ignored me and never sent out any new apparel to the PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Note to any small businesses out there , do not use this company!!! They do high schools etc if you aren't placing huge orders they will treat you awful and like you're a nobody. The owner of this company does not care at all about you unless you're a big highschool or organization. I have never dealt with a business so unprofessional! **If you notice all the other reviews they were 5 stars from the previous owner!

I've driven by the shop several times and wondered what it was--I saw the solidarity fist; bar? Union headquarters? I found out what it was when I ended up here to buy souvenirs when flying home to visit family. They have TONS of stuff, lots of t-shirts and sweatshirts, but also hats, glasses, mugs... even pacifiers with the Chicago flag on them (you know I bought one for the toddler). They have some standard Chicago flag stuff but they also put their spin on it with some flags made with animal paws, or maybe my favorite was the one with apples on it. I think that's what lured me in, actually; my best friend is a teacher and I wanted to get one to take to her. The guy that works there told me the story, that the teacher's union was going to strike and this was a design they had come up with and Rep CHI started printing them. I looooooove the way the Chicago flag is used as the basis of so many designs and this is one of my favorites. Prices are super reasonable and you'll find lots of great stuff here. If you have visitors, I'd definitely bring them here first to look for souvenirs. The parking is fairly easy, all street in this area of Jeff/Portage Park. And grab a few of their little buttons on the way out!

Couldn't be more pleased with OneHourTees. (It'd make a good slogan - you're welcome!)…read moreIt was easy to order online. My account manager Garrett's email was helpful and clear. The price was great and the turnaround quick. I paid extra to upgrade the shirt, get a larger size, and get it in 3 business days. The shirt was ready in 1 or 2 days and only cost $25. And because they are local I could pick it up instead of having the extra time and expense to ship it. There was pickup window and I got my shirt in about 5 minutes. I wished I could have gone in and checked out the shirts on the wall, but the store was closed due to the pandemic. The shirt even came in a surprisingly nice box. Most of all, I was really pleased with how the shirt came out. The design was digitally printed on the shirt. The colors are correct and it looks pretty sharp. I was warned by a different company that it would not look good if done by digital printing. I don't know expect the print to last forever, but it looks liked I had hoped it would. The shirt itself is soft and seems to be good quality. I will definitely go back here the next time I have an idea for a shirt and would recommend to anyone who wanted a custom t-shirt.

Walking down Milwaukee one day, I noticed Propaganda Tees so decided to check them out. After describing what I wanted (I had a photo of the shirt), the guy at the desk (didn't catch his name, but he was really cool) told me to create the image in illustrator & bring in the file. I suppose if you're in the situation I was & didn't have the software it would be difficult, but I had no problems with that. I brought in the file and a week later I have a freakin' awesome, custom t-shirt (wearing it right now) for only $38. It would've only been about $23, but I opted for an American Apparel shirt and longer-lasting vinyl for the type. I believe the guy said it would only be $20 if I'd've provided my own shirt, but I'm not sure. And I may have been able to get it faster, but I was in no rush. Anyway, to put it in perspective, it costs about as much as something relatively quirky you'd find at Urban Outfitters, but now I've got a cool shirt no one else has.
