The job included a set of male t-shirts and female tank tops. Initially, the project was moving along just fine. However, some issues needed to be ironed out regarding the tank-top. The white tanks were too sheer to be acceptable in white. I requested to see the product in two other colors available, light pink and light blue, to determine the contrast level between the ink and textile. This is a normal step in the determining accurate printing. I was told by the representative, Tom L., that he felt I as a customer would never be satisfied with the end product. Seriously? I'm placing an order for about 100 T's and Tom is concerned that I want to be as accurate as possible? What a joke. Tom told me that he did not want my project. I guess Topnotch Silkscreening is NOT concerned with attention to detail. Clearly, Topnotch is FAR from providing a top notch product. If you want a vendor that has little regard for high-end production standards, look no further.

The initial design they had asked me to approve was nothing like the design I had sent them. Then, I had paid for underarmour material shirts but received plain cotton. When I notified my sales rep, he email me back with "Hopefully they can live with it." Which in an email, can be misinterpreted, but it was just off-putting and not the response I was looking for - plus it didn't seem professional. On the postive side, they were very accomodating and helpful, the sales rep was fairly good about getting back to me; I needed the shirts in a hurry and they did meet the deadline... (the reason for my 2 stars instead of just 1) They did try to make up for it however, in my opinion, it just wasn't enough and definitely not worth the hassle. I can't say in all honesty that I would go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.

Both had same color embroidery in front, black shirts had white print in back, white shirts were supposed to have navy blue print in back. First run, they printed all white shirts with black printing, i promised myself i wasn't going to settle, these shirts meant a lot. So they had to redo them with the correct color printing. Him complaining should've been a red flag to just stop the order, but i always give 2nd chances. It was time to pick the final product up, we met at a place in the middle Of his place and mine, grateful for that. But even when i got there he complained about having to redo HIS teams mistake. The McDonald's parking lot was dark and i shouldn't have been intimidated by his attitude to just get me out of there without wanting me to look at all the shirts I got home. And the printing in the back is crooked on most sizes and the embroidery in front is super choppy. Unfortunately i spent a lot of money on these... my fault for accepting them. Just want to warn someone before they waste their money. Super disappointed in a place with 40 years of work.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication…read moreis all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasn't cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-do's were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasn't until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14" design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesn't do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be would've "looked stupid", which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They aren't the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but I'd highly recommend going literally anywhere else if you're looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give 0 stars I would.
