I have been waiting for the right time to review these beautiful people for a long time. Brother Fahad and Haleema have exceeded my expectations of getting Hijama/ wet cupping done. They are probably the best Hijama therapist that I personally know of. I have gotten Hijama done from somewhere else too and while the person did a great job, I was not really a fond of their attitude.
I have been getting my Hijama from Haleema for over 5 years now. My brother and father got their hijama/ cupping twice from Fahad and for everyone it has been a delightful, most relaxing experience.
I have personally dealt with Haleema and as soon as you walk through her door, you begin to feel a very positive energy. Her sweet and calm talk makes you feel at ease.
I have been dealing with hormonal issues (PCOS), hence some infertility issues. And going to Haleema has at least regulated my hormones a lot. During this time, I also was going through depression and by the grace of Almighty and by Haleema's help, my depression has reduced a lot. I am a henna artist and had back problems as well and with the hijama treatment, my back has been doing so well and alhumdulillah I am back on satisfying my clients through the intense work I do. She is a gem not to over look.
Also, because of too much inflammation in my body, I had started getting Acid reflex. With my first hijama, my acid reflex had gone from 70% to may be 30% and after my second hijama the next month, it was completely gone. I feel like their is a huge list to my illnesses. during all of this, I was dealing with sleep issues. not being able to sleep for 2 or 3 days was very painful to me. I would be irritated all the time but after my 4th session with her, I was able to sleep so peacefully and it has been the same for the past 2 years now.
I also use to have really bad headaches, moving from one side to the other and alhumdulillah (all thanks to God), that I don't get headaches like I used to.
Not to mention, that their facility is not just clean but very beautiful. They actually use to have a waterfall decor in the Hijama room. Honestly, it always felt very spiritual and a spa like room.
I have a medium tolerance to pain. Except for feeling like someone is drawing with a pencil on my back, I never actually felt any pain. I am not saying you wont feel pain but even if you do it, it will be to a minimal.
All this typing has gotten me in tears because of all the memories that are pouring in while I am writing this review. Brother Fahad and Haleema will always be in my prayers.
If you haven't tried Hijama, definitely give it a try. Do it for the love of Sunnah, if anything.
My review does not do justice to the amazing work that both of these husband and wife do honestly, but I tried!!! read more
