We've been coming to this place off and on for a few years, but once my kids got old enough to eat sliders, we've been regulars. The service is outstanding! Steven & crew know that when they see us coming that we are ordering plain sliders for the kids and they just double check how many we are ordering. My kids love the arcade games! There is one machine that offers many different games including PacMan, Donkey Kong and plane flying games. My kids ask me for one quarter each and they play while we wait for the food. It gets VERY busy during lunch but they are great at getting the food out quick. I had the char chicken sammy with fries. My dad had a burger. Crinkle cut fires, juicy chicken. Perfect. Though 28 miles from the house, we try to go there as often as we can. I love that they serve a Fire Dog with all the trimmings and their fries make it difficult to decide which to eat first. Have only been here a couple of times., I am in Peoria and this is quite a drive. My son comes here often as much of his time is on this side of town. Everyone in our party got sliders except me. I got the western burger. Wish I had gotten the sliders. Nothing wrong with the western burger just more than I wanted and kinda messy. Every time we have been here has been good. The service is great. It is always crowded and parking can be challenging. This place is right on the corner. It is a owner operator business. 3/16/24: stopped in this Saturday around 4 o'clock. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not fun. It is small and since one entry is right off Indian School, be careful pulling out because someone may be pulling in. Unfortunately, parking is a big deal for us and if it's bad, we won't return. The menu? It was fairly large but beware, they don't have the descriptions/ingredients listed on their menu at the counter -- at least, I did not see anything of the sort. So you either have to take up the order taker's time asking "what's on that?" or check out the menu ahead of time so you know what to expect. I ordered the Western burger but sans onions & onion rings, and he said "so you want a regular burger?" but he was smiling & laughing as he said it so I didn't feel too stupid. LOL! He was very cool about so I don't think I was the first person he had to explain that to, ha ha. The food? It was good. Nothing stupendous, def nothing that would make us want to brave that dinky parking lot again. The garlic fries were a bit on the greasy side, and we both thought the fried zucchini could have been sliced thicker. My sister ordered a shake and I got the Sunkist float. I didn't taste the float but the float was really maybe two small scoops of ice cream in a large 44 oz cup so it was mostly soda. The staff? Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, so kudos there. The decor? I have never been to Chicago and boy were their walls full of Chicago paraphernalia (obviously! :-) ), so much so that I don't think there were any blank spots. It was cool to see all that stuff. There was some big blow up in the corner to the right of the counter but I forgot to get a picture. I want to know what it was! Overall, if you're in the area and want to support a smaller business, def check them out, if not for the food, at least for the ambiance. read more

Thank YOU. I was craving just a classic burger, but wanted to support local. This place has been on my radar for a while and I'm so glad I finally came in. The burgers are classic and definitely juicy and flavorful. Fries were good and onion rings were on point. I can't wait to come back and try the dogs and other sandwiches. There isn't a lot of seating, so be prepared if it's a busy time of day. Definitely ok to grab and go, but it's a small kitchen so don't expect fast food speed. This burger spot is small but the line out the door is for a reason. The one of the best burger spots is n AZ will authentic malts and shakes I got the coffee malt and it was awesome. So before the chain slider restaurant came to Arizona Chicago Hamburger was here. I was introduced to them approximately 20 years ago. There sliders have always been bomb. I also recommend there Chicago dogs with sports peppers. It's not fancy reminds you of a sports bar. Menu still financially reasonable when everything is high as heck now. The owner was so welcoming, the food came out fast, and it was delicious! Enjoyed every bite from the Chicago beef sausage. My first time being introduced to a Chicago style hot dog and I was not disappointed. You can't really go wrong with a beef sausage, but when you add all the other ingredients, it was pretty much lights out after that. Super good. I just have to point out that garlic fries were just really bland. Didn't have any real garlic taste to it. I don't know what it was, but it didn't taste like the garlic fries I am used to. The chicken salad was good. Had a lot of chicken, so it was a solid amount of protein. Overall, I would probably come back for the hot dogs and sausages. I don't know what a Chicago style slider is and frankly, I don't care. I was here because I wanted a taste of home and so I made a detour to come here and get an Italian beef...and maybe a hot dog. When I showed up on a Friday evening it wasn't super busy but there was a line for orders. I got the Italian beef sandwich and I requested that it came with extra hot peppers and it be drowned in gravy-there's something about a dry Italian beef sandwich that's kind of sad. The guy who took my order offered to give me an extra cup of it on the side. I also got the 2 hot dogs meal. I thought the price was a little on the higher end for the dogs, but I appreciate that it was a Vienna beef dog. They were dressed right but it lacked the snap that comes with a good dog. The beef though was disappointing, the hot peppers were a mix of hot and sweet-I'm a hot peppers only guy and though I got the gravy on the side it doesn't match the effect of having it dunked first; something that definitely gets lost in translation there. All told, I thought it was ok. The decor was fun and reminded me of home but the food didn't really quite get me there. read more

Can we just talk about how amazing Chicago Hamburger Co is? Good because they really are! Even if I wasn't from Chicago (which I am) I would still love this place. Everything is delicious, their burgers massive and taste stupid good, their fries are cooked just right, cut thick, but my heart belongs to their Chicago dog. Tasty classic. I really did not know what to expect coming in here. I had heard rumors that this place was really good but was of course skeptical. There are lots of places in town that claim to have a great Chicago style hot dog. Some are have gone down the tubes in recent years and others are still great. This place it's safe to say has one of the best Chicago style hot dogs in the city. Unlike the many other competitors in town they keep the cost low and the food great. The Chicago dog I had was excellent. Piled with condiments that make this hot dogs so iconic. It was simply delicious and of course the fries come free of charge with every hot dog, as they should honestly. And the customary cheese sauce on the side to go with them. The service here is very friendly and professional and staff work fast and move with purpose. The ambiance in this place is what you would expect from a hole in the wall hot dog joint. But overall they keep it clean and tidy. I certainly look forward to coming back and having few other hot dogs they have on the menu. This is a great find! read more

Delicious, crispy sides. Shared the fries and the onion rings and both were fantastic! I asked which was better, the dull size burgers or the sliders and all of the patrons said get the sliders!
