I ordered with them in the past, ok experience. Tonight however I placed an order with them and they use door dash to deliver their food. I never received my food! Spent $35 dollars and called back and they are the ones who processed my order and charged my card, but referred me to door dash. They were just as bad!!! I guess my food is in outer space! Well for one they sell their Philly cheesesteaks on hotdog buns! They call themselves Chicago grill but charge a dollar extra to put the mild sauce on your food. Speaking of mild sauce theirs is really watery not like it's supposed to be. Their chicken wings are small kind of like party wings and they don't never change their oil so don't wonder why your chicken taste like fish it was made in the same grease! read more

One of the most underrated spots in Cedar Rapids! We always try to venture out and try a new place, especially during these hard times. We ordered through Door Dash and the time from when we ordered to when we received our food was around 30 minutes AND HOT!!! Again, with the craziness of today it's rare to receive your order still steaming! We ordered the full chicken wings (no sauce needed!!) and the gyro cheese fries. It has nothing to do with the food but with the personal hygienes. I went in to order my food and there wasn't anyone there to take my order. The guy came from outside and took our order. He then started to touch people food. I asked him are you going to wash your hands and he brushed it off. He then went in the backroom and touch chicken and put it in the grease. I asked for a refund and I received it. This is why we are in a pandemic because people like him don't want to wash their hands. I won't be eating from there again. read more

I ordered through BiteSquad so I didn't go into the actual location. The food was AWESOME. I got the Cheesy Gyro Fries and the Master Gyro Steak Burger. The lamb was IMPECCABLY seasoned, the food was piping hot, the burger was almost literal heaven. My only issue was that I couldn't finish it, which several coworkers readily offered to do after my When Harry Met Sally moment with the burger. LOL Highly recommended. read more

There philly chease steak is very greasy and the meat taste old I could barely swallow it. The spicy wings are very salty, then they go ahead and add some more salt to top it off at the end. There fries are wonderful. They are almost always out of desserts and the oreo shakes. read more

Got fried chicken. 2 of my pieces were still bloody. There were 3 guys working the kitchen. One was very apologetic and quickly made me two new pieces. The other two acted like I was trying to pull a scam. The chicken was obviously bloody and was shown to them and I was very understanding about it. The people I dined with got a pizza puff. (Delicious) a spicy chicken sandwich (ok but not spicy) and a cheeseburger (ok, but a good value). Our food seemed to take quite a while to finally get done....possibly because of the fried chicken. When the food was finally ready it was pretty much thrown on the counter with an attitude. Two out of three guys working just seemed to hate life. The place was pretty grungy and there's very little seating. Another man was in there who was somehow affiliated with the place. I say that because I saw him go back into the kitchen area once. He sat sprawled out in a chair in front of the only garbage on his phone pretty much the whole time we were there. When my boyfriend said "excuse me" the guy looked up and continued to just sit there. When I said excuse me....after standing there for a minute he did move in an overly exaggerated scoot of his chair. As if he was offended that I was throwing away my garbage. I would like to try more of the food on the menu but not sure I will go back because of the people running the place. They had a huge variety of food. American and middle eastern. It's a shame most of the people working have major attitude. It may have possibly been a regular spot for carry out for me. I can get past the bloody chicken...it happens and it was dealt with well. (by the one and only nice guy, that is) but I don't need attitude from people I'm giving my hard earned money to. read more
