When I politely went back to ask another employee for help, he simply pointed toward an aisle and turned his back on me. When I mentioned that the service wasn't very helpful, the situation got worse and I was treated very disrespectfully and asked to leave the store. As a customer who was simply trying to find an item, this was very disappointing. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and reminds employees to treat customers with basic respect.

When I told them no work was ever agreed to begin they began threatening to lien my property. My lawyer has found 100's of lawsuits against them for this exact kind of behavior.

The equipment was clean upon pick up and the outside staff assisted me in loading into my SUV. All the staff was friendly & very helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to recognize Jacob for his excellent customer service! I had a situation arise with the equipment I rented and Jacob went above and beyond to help me helping me correct the issue. They helped us pick out a paint and were able to educate us on how to paint properly. Had a yelp check in coupon and the guy wasn't too familiar with but granted me the coupon anyway. He was very nice. So much that we went and bought paint from him. He told us he would be at another O-gee location and we went to see him because he was so helpful. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.
