Service is just ok - seems to be a theme, right? It should be noted that this is a computer, free café, meaning they don't want people coming here and sitting at the tables all day working. In a way I find that refreshing because it means people are actually interacting with each other and coming here specifically too visit and catch up. Isn't that how it should be? Thelins Konditori did not disappoint! There is spacious seating indoors and outdoors and this bakery had a classy, quiet atmosphere, which I very much love. I had tried the traditional Kanelbulle pastry bread which is kind of like an American cinnamon roll, except that this one had some kind of cardamom spice, cinnamon, and some sugar sprinkled on top. I had imagined this bread to be extremely sweet, but it was not too sweet at all and was perfect for an afternoon "Fika" break. This would have paired well with the coffee and espresso items that this bakery also offers. My husband ordered a mixed nut tartlet and it was extremely flavorful and had a buttery texture. The customer service here was phenomenal and the person taking care of my order was extremely kind and sweet. She spent time explaining to me which pastries were recommended.
