The loot!! Happy kids!
Crystal T.

Super cute place!! Took my kids as we passed through and it was a great experience. Machines stocked, easy to play for kids, and easy to figure out with loading cards. No complaints. If in the area, I'm sure it'll be a must stop next time.

Jumbo banana peel Pochacco (12 plushie trade in prize)

Super easy to find at the mall next to Macy's. Machines are bright and clean. Fun vibe and great selection of plushies: Kirby, Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Sanrio etc. Some of the machines have a secret prize ball you can catch that has a key that unlocks a fun prize locker with a premium plush! If you're lucky to win multiple prizes, trade them up. We met with the owner and chatted with him. He's super nice and gifted everyone an occasional free play(s) to test things out. When you're ready to play, you can buy credits at the machine near the entrance, it's super simple and you can pay cash or with card with a small processing fee. We'll definitely be back when our jumbo Pochacco gets lonely! Haha!

This claw machine store is your ultimate playground! From adorable plushies to quirky collectibles, every machine is packed with treasures just waiting to be won. The thrill of the grab, the suspense of the lift--it's a rollercoaster of emotions in the best way possible! The best part? The machines are actually winnable (not like those impossible ones)and the owner Chris is super friendly and outgoing, even giving out helpful tips. You'll always leave with at least one prize

This place is a whole vibe! Definitely recommend if you are in the area! Great customer service as well. I will definitely be coming back when in town!

chibi claw is located by macy's, next to tmobile and pro image sports. the store itself is a little small, but there is a good selection. service was top notch, the worker was very helpful. i was able to trade within the same machine and im sure you can ask for a reposition as well. instead of tokens, game cards are used. for most machines, each play is $1. the more you add to the game cards, the better the deal is. overall, a super fun activity with kind workers.

One of my many wins

A few stores off near Macy's, you'll be drawn by a larger than life wall of prizes, and a place where core memories are created. That place is Chibi Claw Arcades. I was greeted by Christine, she was amazing and truly cared for everyone who walked in! The atmosphere is great and I'm loved all the lights and countless prizes in those machines. It's also super clean and I felt like I can play for hours. I won a ton of prizes and every game in those machines were fair and playable. With my wins I was able to trade in for a larger trophy prize which I'm perfectly happy taking home. Overall it was an enjoyable first experience and I would most definitely be back for more wins

Amazing prices at the claw arcade.

This is one of the most amazing spots here at the inland center mall ,great place for the kids. They enjoy coming here all the time they are regulars, and the environment is just amazing. And as a parent, I have fun coming here too.

I received a dirty plushy and no one was there to correct it. We literally. Oils have broken everything there and one would come out

Wow! It's been 4 years since this place started and at its new location. The old location was kind…read moreof small and to have fit that many arcades and plus, you will always miss it. New location took the old concept and made it even better with sign, noticeable parking and same vibe as the owner welcome his customers of relieving the 80's and 90's arcade style. Inside is split into three separate rooms: as soon you enter, arcades (no food/drink once you enter), pinball room (additional $5) and console room (ps5 and switch) and two arcade cabinets. Price varies between $10 per hour or $20 all day. Arcades are unlimited so if you don't want to beat these games on emulators and do it the old fashion way, this is the way to go. Do offer snacks and drinks for separate prices. Console room is where they held tournaments (check their instagram for upcoming tournament). In addition, you can host parties here and they will close to the public while hosting the event (will inform their socials whether it's gonna be close). Overall, highly recommend on coming here and relieving some nostalgia memories. Met the owner every year during it celebration (offer free food to celebrate its occasion)

Second, and maybe more importantly, they built an arcade that perfectly matches my memory of being a kid in the 90s being able to play for hours and just have a great time. The extras I'll add is that instead of having to pay for tokens then make it really simple and you just pay by the hour or day and just play all the games however long you want. This makes it a great value for families. This opened the door for me finally trying to beat the X-Men game from the 90s. I still wasn't able to beat that darn thing. But maybe I could join forces with my three boys and go back and finally beat the game. They beat me in my entire childhood. They have a lot of other cool stuff like console games in air hockey. I just saw that they do birthday parties too, so that's cool. The staff was beyond friendly, they just get it. They know what they're doing. They know why they're doing it and you can just tell. Overall, I just super recommend this place. If you just wanna stop by for an hour, play all day, happy birthday party here, or if you're super hard-core, I want to do one of the competitions that they run go for it.

The prices are…read moregreat, and the inside is a decent size with quite a few different mini-golf sections to play through. I really liked that there was more than one course/setup because it makes it feel like there's a lot more to do. The glow-in-the-dark theme is probably my favorite part. The black lights, bright colors, and artwork throughout the inside look really cool and make the whole place feel fun and different. My biggest suggestion would be to offer a little more food. Right now, the options are basically vending-machine snacks like chips and soda. Even something simple like popcorn, nachos, corn dogs, pretzels or other basic snack-bar food would make a huge difference and honestly would probably bump my rating up. The arcade area is also a little small and there aren't a ton of games, but there are still a few to enjoy. We didn't get to try the bowling because it was packed theres only lime 2 lsnes I think and the group playing looked like they were going to be there for a while, so maybe next time. Overall, though, it's a pretty cool place and I would definitely recommend it for a casual family outing or something fun to do with little ones. With a few more food options and maybe a slightly bigger arcade selection, this place could be even better.

The star of the show is the employees there, I want to open a business just so I can steal Ahmed and have him work for me. Very kind, understanding, accommodating, and incredible representative of this business.

The service is also very good and when I came here for my cousins birthday they even personally took the baby on a slow ride. The prices are about the same as k1 and you can become a member. The only problem I have is that not all the 6.5hp karts perform the exact same but that's at every karting track.

We signed up for 3 races and first race was nice. 2nd race is where things went wrong. They put us with 5 other drivers who they call "VIP". These drivers have different cars and more powerful. This fact does not put us in an advantage point to even try and compete. I mean what's the point of racing if you know you will lose? We thought it might be a good experience to follow others who are familiar with the track, but this was a nightmare. The VIPs kept bumping us on purpose even though we were making way for them to pass. Seems they enjoyed it. The problem is, the track marshal didn't care and not even once issues a warning to the VIPs. Why are the jeopardizing the safety of the other drivers on the cost of not upsetting the VIPs? Complaining only got me the response of the cold face cashier "sorry about that" . I didn't realize how bad we were bumped until I went home and I saw the red lines on my neck form the seatbelt. I don't recommend you to visit this place even if it was the last go-kart track on the face of the planet.
