There was one gutter that had shreds of roofing shingles inside the elbow. He removed the elbow, cleaned out the debris and hosed down the gutter to make sure water ran out with a good flow. So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.

Oscar responded within an hour which was way before the other companies - a few of which never responded. He asked for pictures of the areas which I sent and he provided a quote within a few hours. I met with two other companies that required a visit to my home that we scheduled within a few days and I waited another few days for the quotes. With the exception of one quote, they were all pretty much in the same ballpark, but I chose Oscar and Right Choice for his quick and efficient response. And I am so glad that I did. Oscar came to conduct the project about a week later. When he arrived , I asked if he also did sealing to which he agreed and provided an on-the-spot quote which was very reasonable. Because he had to come back the next day, and wait in between drying coats, I also asked him to quote on power washing my brick pathways in my backyard. Again, super reasonable quote which I agreed to. Oscar and his partner were on time and so meticulous about moving all of the stuff off my deck which included about 20 gardening pots of various sizes, two patio sets, and a grill. They made it look effortless and no damage was done to any of the items or my deck. They did a great job with power washing the deck and front stoop and the next day with sealing the deck. The deck looked brand new when they were finished and they put everything back in its original place. Also, so glad that I did power washing of the brick pathways - they too looked brand new. When it came time to do my spring cleanup this year, it was a no brainer. I texted Oscar and asked for a quote for all of the projects as well as if he cleaned 1-story garage gutters - to which he said yes. The quote was incredibly reasonable and we agreed upon a date. The work this year was also top notch.
