She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. You claim your team is 100% experienced, yet during my appointment, your staff admitted they had never done this type of work before. One even said they would like to practice on a mannequin, but was never able to so why was I being used for practice while paying for a professional service? That felt completely unfair. When I went to pay, I saw an online discount, but the staff denied it and said it was no longer valid, even though it was still being advertised. That felt dishonest. If the extensions were installed properly and tied tightly as you claim, why would I be missing so many strands when I removed them shortly after? They shouldn't have just fallen out if they were secure enough for daily wear. To make matters worse, I heard Jessica, the boss, instructing staff to work on trying to get their bad reviews removed. That speaks volumes about where their priorities really are. I hope future customers get the honest, professional service they're paying for.
