I mean, who doesn't love a crepe? Bad people, that's who. Anyway, not all crepes are created equally, and I have to say this one caught me off guard with how decent it was. Mostly because it's so close to the Latin Quarter, where the food is, well...merde (you look it up). speaking of which, You know how you can tell a place has great food aborad? English menus posted outside, and a busker..but I digress. Galette was highly related, so skepticism aside, we marched our buzzed behinds over here from 10 Bar for a crêpe au jambon et crêpe au chocolat - aka normal crepe for Erin, and child crepe for yours truly...... and well..... they were pretty great! If you're in need and happen to find yourself on the left bank* go get a crepe from here, thank me later. _______________ *also know I'm jealous of you right now

Ordered the ham and cheese crepe and a buttered sugar crepe. Wow both were amazing but when you bit one and then bit the other and chewed all of it together! *chefs kiss* the men cooking our crepes were really nice. They have a huge selection of crepes, savory and sweet. We didn't sit inside but it was nice to know they had seating.

Chez Suzette is an adorable new little creperie in the St. Michel District of Paris. They have both delicious sweet crepes and more substantial savory crepes available, and some of their flavor combos are unique to the establishment. Louis the owner is attentive (he seems to be there ALL day long) and speaks some English. Most of the staff speaks English too. Not to be missed, it's super easy to get to!

Simple, clean place for crepes and convenient to Notre Dame. We had some savory galettes and the crepe Suzette. Food was quick and tasty but not super special for Paris. If you're looking for 'best-in-class' Paris creperie go to Framboise or Creperie Broceliande instead.

Walking around the Latin Quarter there are many creperie options. I chose Chez Suzette because of it's quant French decor. Unfortunately, it was the worst crepes I had in Paris. I had their vegetable & cheese with whole wheat crepes and it was so flavorless and dry that I didn't bother finishing it. My husband had the banana and nutella that was fine, but only because nutella is nutella. The crepe itself lacked something - the texture was not a soft, thin pancake. It actually tasted more like a wrap than a crepe.

Only got the sugar and butter crepe, but it definitely deserves the 5 stars, without a question!

This is a hard review because, on one hand the crepés were quite delicious--I ordered a chestnut…read morecream which I liked but was done with midway through and a butter and sugar which was fantastic and I could have ate many more--but it was the only place on my Paris trip that clearly ripped me off and didn't correct it when I questioned the server. I had ordered those two crepés, black tea, and a little milk for the tea. This should have only set me back about 20ish€ in total (the crepes were about 6-7€ and tea 5€). I was charged 37€. As I paid at the register I asked the server (in my halting French) "is it really 37€? That doesn't seem right." She shrugged and said, "Oui, 37€." While I didn't want to make a big deal out of it--nothing like being the raging American in a country not your own--I unhappily paid and chalked it up to an inevitability: every overseas trip it has had this happen once, where the language barrier seemed like an excuse to cheat. This was my one in Paris.

Pricey fresh hand made crepes!…read more Husband and I came here twice. First time for the chocolate gran marnier, another time for the Brazilian. Our crepe creator was very friendly and cool, I like how they kind of put on a show when they make them, our crepe was purposely light on fire. :D If you don't don't like the taste of alcohol, I don't recommend the Brazilian, the rum was strong!
