Unassuming creperie / stall very close to Jardin du Luxembourg. Place was small with a few tables in the back. Service was simple. We had the banana nutella and ham/cheese/egg galette. Both are quite good and they were decent sized crepes - we were full after. The crepes are good, but nothing outstanding in my opinion. read more

Lovely little hole in the wall! A bit skeptical at first but once the owner started explaining the menu and the way they're prepared we were instantly hooked. I got a Panini Firenze, it was sooooo good! Very cheap and the quality of food tastes very fresh! Very affordable if you are looking for a fast, cheap food spot, highly recommend. Not friendly to Americans. Insinuated we eat at McDonalds and only chemical laden foods. Was rude and patronizing and the food was not worth the mistreatment. Would choose elsewhere where they valued each customer and had more grace. I am sure there are better crepes elsewhere with friendlier service. What a hidden gem! Decided to walk around the city of Paris and to see what/where to have a bite to eat. We came across LF and it just had that unassuming feeling about this place. We both had the Napoli panini and an order of French fries. The Napoli panini was simply tomatoes, cheese, and olive oil. They serve them piping hot! The fries was very good-non greasy and very crispy. This place was really good, service was friendly. A good and convenient place to grab and go. read more

I was walking on Boulevard Saint-Michel toward Luxembourg Gardens and saw a line in front of the store. So, I decided to check it out. They sell crepes and sandwiches. They have a small area in the back where you can eat, but many people seem to get their food to go. I got a crepe with banana and Nutella. I wouldn't say it was amazing, but it was good and inexpensive (less than 4 Euro). As another reviewer pointed out, they are very friendly to Americans and tourists in general. Both the man who was making the crepes and the lady at the cashier spoke very good English. If you are in a hurry and if there's a line, this may not be a good option. When we got to Paris we immediately wanted some crepes. These turned out to be the best we had on our trip. Our crepes were inexpensive, quick, excellent ingredients and packed with flavor. Also the staff was very nice and quite accommodating to our minimal French. Maybe not a destination, but I definitely recommend if you are nearby. read more

An unassuming Latin Quarter gem. You can get an amazing, HUGE sandwich on a delicious baguette for only 4.20 Euros. This is by far the best quick eats value I've found in this very expensive city. The people that work there speak great English and are very friendly and the small dining area is well lit and comfortable. Definitely try their brownies, made with both dark and white chocolate. Le Fournil is a great spot that I'm glad to have discovered. I've come here several times already and I'm sure I'll be back many times again read more

Heading to the Pantheon (in the 5th) we found this storefront crêperie ( limited seating). Ok more than a crêperie, wasn't familiar with all the terms, so can't help you there but the "make your own crepes" were fabulous. Watch as the chef makes your choice of crepe or " sandwich". Friendly. Helpful. Delicious. And inexpensive. I only wish we were staying closer so we could return for dessert or breakfast or lunch. I won't forget this experience. read more

This place was absolutely great! My girlfriend and I don't speak French at all and ordering in can be slightly intimidating. However, the workers here were very accommodating and helped us navigate the menu and meal combos very easily. We were looking for a cheap lunch option and this place exceeded all our expectations! We recommend getting the "formule express" meal combo which will get you a crepe, one of their baked goods, and a drink for only 4.90€!! This is an unbeatable deal. I got a buckwheat crepe with ham (jambon), eggs(oeuf) and cheese. I got the buckwheat because I saw all the French people ahead of me ordered it and I wanted to see what the hype was about. I personally didn't love it and would have preferred a regular crepe batter but that's my fault! Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something cheap and filling that they can eat on the go! Definitely worth a try. read more

We didn't meet the owners that everyone talks about here, but the two girls working today spoke good enough English and were so pleasant towards us, helping explain the menu and making sure we saw things in English too. The savory ham, egg, and cheese crepe was PERFECT. (I ordered it with the soft white flour...you can order 'brown' flour which makes a crispier crepe). Tried the Schweppes citrus mix soda which I hadn't seen before. It was yummy. Have yet to eat my strawberry jam crepe that I got to go, but they wrapped it in foil to stay warm. His moves are sure and the end product--- swiftly and confidently prepared--- is delicious ! I had a simple, classic crepe with butter and sugar. We happened upon this place by chance and I'm glad we did. I am sure that you'll enjoy his expertly prepared crepe as much as I did. My wife had a more complex version, which included cheese and mushrooms. She was also delighted with the results. The crepes are inexpensive, large, and very filling.
