Let me just say that I absolutely loved the gentleman that helped us out. He was funny, he was engaging - and he provided us with so much information about the area. It was wonderful speaking to him as he made our crepes. We got the Speculoos crepe as well as the Grand Marnier crepe.
You'd assume by the way he poured the grand marnier that the crepe would be soaked with alcohol, but it was such a light taste - just a hint of the alcohol, that it made the crepe that much sweeter! It was delectable.
As for the speculoos crepe, it was the best. Given that it was raining and cold, a hot crepe with a decadent speculoos was about the best thing I could have to feel warm and fuzzy!
