It was very inconsistent. 2) Lack of working equipment in different areas. The theater room, the cardio room, the women's area- always multiple machines out of order. 3) lack of bands and other equipment. Their bands are personal use not commercial use so they break down quick. Other gyms in town have commercial grade bands and they work and last better. 4) number of members. There's just too many for the space. It's maxed out and not a good experience.

This is the gym to go to!…read more Equipment- They have a variety of equipment, perfect for whatever your needs are. I have never had to wait a long time for a piece of equipment that I have wanted. Environment- This really is the judgement free zone. I see all types of people at this gym, it's fantastic. I see people that look like they have been going to the gym for years and I see people that look like they are just figuring out the ropes. People Cleanliness- I see the staff refilling the cleaning bottles, keeping the paper towels stocked,vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the restrooms. I found out that the lay down tanning beds are even deeply cleaned once a month. I don't usually see staff wiping down equipment though. Staff- Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I always see them working, whether it is checking people in, doing tours, or walk through to make sure the cleaning bottles are full. The staff interacts with you, one morning at 3 am I was on the stair stepper and a staff member came over and suggested a new step that he found to be very beneficial. Classes- I have only done the PF360 class with Kaylee which was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and showed us which muscles we were working during each exercise. The only negative comment I have about this gym is that the classes I sign up for are often canceled. Price- Can't beat the price for whether you are a white member ($10 a month) or a black member ($22 a month.) I am a black member and feel I get my moneys worth each month.

Dont bother hiring this guy. He cannot get his calories or macros straight, his math doesn't add up…read moreeither. Once he gets your money, you wont hear from him for weeks at a time. He will change your diet one week, then change it back the week after claiming he fixed it. He will promise a program change, then never send it. He downloads programs, and straight up copy-pastes it from HIS coach or online, and resells it. He really does not understand biomechanics, or exercise theory, and has no clue on nutrition or how to deal with athletes or any lifter for that matter. Save your money and find a knowledgeable coach or trainer and skip this guy.
