Despite being consistent paying customers, we are repeatedly denied restroom access during evening hours. There is always an explanation -- "maintenance," "leak," "cleaning," etc. On our most recent visit, we were told the men's restroom had a leak and the women's restroom had blood on the seat, making both unavailable. However, during morning visits, the restrooms are fully operational. Morning staff have even acknowledged that the night crew frequently closes them. At this point, the repeated nightly denial of restroom access feels intentional. The dismissive and hostile responses from management when we ask about it are also concerning. Given the consistent pattern and treatment we've experienced, this situation raises concerns about potential discrimination or harassment. We are simply asking to be treated like any other paying customers. We hope corporate reviews this location's practices and ensures fair, consistent customer service. Check your camera!! I was having a really bad day once when I stopped in, and Beth was one of the kindest people I had met in a long time. Since then, I've looked forward to seeing her every visit. The compassion and friendliness from the staff here really stand out. The station itself can be a little small and hectic to get in and out of, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, but it's absolutely worth it for the prices and the atmosphere inside. I had my dog with me, who is a service dog. As I walked in, the man working there said to me, "Hey you can't have that dog in here." I turned to him with a smile and said, "Oh she's a service dog." Because I understand that they have the right to ASK me if she is a service dog. He then proceeded to say where is her tag? I said she is a service dog, and by California Law you are only allowed to ask me, 1) if she is a service dog. 2) what her service to me is. And she is a service dog, and she provides me with anxiety support. He then had me come around the side to show me a piece of paper that says that service animals are permitted in the store. I read the sign aloud to him, because I genuinely assumed he may not read English since he thought it said she had to have documents. And again he told me to get out of the store. I started getting anxious (hence the anxiety support dog!) and continued telling him that I would report him to the better business bureau and to Yelp and he told me and my husband to get the hell out! He doesn't say anything to me or look at me, and said to my husband, "what is she doing, she can't do anything there." Afraid he'd throw us out and we would not be able to get our money orders, I bit my tongue. While he was printing the money orders, I remembered that we can't use our debit cards there, not safely anyway. They've "allegedly" been caught with skimmers on the card readers. There are videos online and I can't say how, but I will say I've seen that location on many reports of "alleged" EBT Theft by skimming. Be aware, don't expect to be treated with any amount of decency and don't use a card at their card readers.
