These guys are the biggest price gougers in the area. I was driving from LV to PHX and needed gas. I saw the station on the East side of the highway was closed although their sign read Reg Unleaded $3.59. I thought they must have been closed for some time and the price was wrong so I didn't think much when gas at Terrible's was $4.89 for Reg Unleaded. I thought that was way high but we were in the middle of nowhere, the wife and Father in Law needed to use the facilities, so I gave in thinking there was no other place between there and Kingman...wrong. I grudgingly filled up and the wife bought 3 fountain drinks and a big bag of chips for almost $20. Wow!! So we headed south, much lighter in the wallet. Not 1 mile down the road, there was another gas station, that was open, selling Reg Unleaded for $3.69. Thanks for screwing us Terrible's. The smart place to gas up and answer nature's call when driving from Kingman to LV. Were the restrooms clean? Surprisingly yes, and the task didn't require touching a knob or getting keys. Could they use more pumps? Yes. Is Dolan Springs a crimeless picturesque Arizona town where people leave their front doors unlocked? Stopped on my way home from dropping the kid off at BYU-I for school. Long/quiet drive, and I saw I needed some gas at midnight. Bathroom break wouldn't be bad either!! The older man working inside couldn't have been nicer!!!! He gave me a free refill soda - I think he thought I was looking tired - but I was actually WIDE AWAKE! I was really just chill and listening to podcasts unmolested in a quiet car. Ha ha. Then, after a bathroom break I went to leave...and almost drove off without pumping the gas! That's how excited I was to get home to my sweet wife I guess? Just loved the whole experience. The pumps were well-lit and inside there's EVERYTHING you could want to buy for the road - along with extra trinkets for fun!! read more

So disappointed at this place. We bought scratchers for 2 $5 and 1 $10, and the $10 didn't come out. So the lady told us to come back when they fixed the machine. So she called after a day and told us that she got our tickets and we can pick it up anytime. So right now we ate here and Tha cashier has no clue/ clueless what we are talking about. She said she can't called her Boss because he's on vacations and the lady that wr spoked to not answering her phone. So guess what, we wasted our gas and time because of lack of communications here. Powerball 411 The first place on the right side of 93 selling Powerball tix coming from Vegas into Arizona is this gas station now. It's fairly new. Used to be just Rosie's Den that you saw when you come up here first. It's right next to Rosie's Den which also sells Powerball tix. This location has plenty of parking for cars. RVs and buses can park in the adjacent dirt lot as well. There is one clerk dedicated to selling tix for now, the other cashier priority goes to store merchandise related and gas customers then Lotto ticket customers. They are friendly, patient and helpful here. The line for Powerball tix during the time we went snaked around the inside the store to just outside the back of the building. Average wait time was 2.5 hours.. That also went for Rosie's Den too. Rather come here though only because it's freaking cold by the time the sun went down. They can fit more people inside where it's warmer vs Rosie's you'll be standing out in the cold majority of the time. You can buy hot chocolate to warm you up here too. Restrooms are clean. NOTE: Machines go offline at midnight and resume at 4am.. so no tix can be sold at this hour. ALSO keep in mind that even though Arizona is in Pacific Time Zone they are exempt from DST. So currently they are ONE HOUR AHEAD. Travel time from Boulder City took us 20 minutes. (assuming you drive 10 miles over the speed limit). Gas prices though... 1.16 more than Henderson! Drove down to get MegaMillions/Powerball tickets. The first place I stopped at was the Last Stop Travel Center. A sign was taped to the machine, "Out of Order." Sighed.. Plus it was really crowded. One of the tourist buses that makes its way to and from the Grand Canyon had disgorged its passengers into the station, making it pretty hectic and crowded. So disappointed in my quest for instant riches, I drove further south. Just a little bit down US 93, found this station. It's a Terrible's gas station/convenience store. Walked in, just the clerk and some strange-appearing disheveled guy who walked out. Usual convenience store items. Bought a soda and a bag of chips as well as some Powerball tickets. No political signs in the store, unlike the Last Stop Travel Center. Can't attest to the cleanliness of the restrooms nor the quality or prices of the gas as I did not use the facilities nor did I fill up on fuel. No Tesla Superchargers or any superchargers that I could see. Looks like they're building a Starbucks nearby. Probably will come here rather than stop at the Last Stop for the calm and sanity. read more

Local here, I've been in the area since this station opened. It used to be pretty decent, but this place has gone downhill just in the last year. It's now a Terrible's and it really has become........terrible. Someone in management, in their infinite wisdom, decided to move the registers. The registers were in a good spot before, now people have to line up IN THE AISLES instead of along the side. So if you want something where the line is, you can't get to it without shoving your way in. So. STUPID. They must think people prefer sub-par treats because they stopped carrying the good ice cream they had and replaced that with a crappy brand. Same with the donuts--it's all Krispy Kreme now instead of the variety they used to carry. So, if you like crowded gas stations with the lines going up the aisles and garbage treats, this place is for you. And let's not even talk about the fuel prices; I know they're remote but, holy cow. If you can make it to Kingman or Boulder City, don't bother stopping. Not that management cares what locals think; there's always a new rotation of tourists every day to make money off of. read more

Avoid! Most expensive fuel/gas between Phoenix and Las Vegas. It's located in the middle of the desert and a lot of their lights were out, felt scary to walk up to the gas station after their pumps wouldn't take my credit card. What should have been a simple exchange and transaction quickly turned sad, sour, and kinda pathetic. Heading back from Phoenix, a friend requested I pick her up a lotto ticket. Not a complicated task. Having never bought a lotto ticket, my plan was simple: walk in, request to buy two tickets, one random, and one with her selected numbers. I'm met by these Beavis&Butthead-like characters whose social skills and general professional appearance are on par. Here's the full exchange: Me: "I'd like to get two lotto tickets, one w..." Guy: "You know you have to pay cash, right?" Me: "Yes. So, I..." Guy: "OKAY, so two, right?" I nod yes as I'm pulling up her requested numbers to dictate, but before I do so, he tosses two tickets on the counter. Guy: "There. Two tickets." Me: "Right, but one has select numbers." He looks angry now. Guy: "If you wanted select numbers, you should have filled out that form over there!" Easy, buddy. Me: "Sure, but I didn't know that." Guy#2 chimes in: "It's like that everywhere! You always have to do that!" Me: "This is my first time buying a ticket, and I didn't know that. And you only asked about cash, you didn't ask me ab..." Guy: "It's like that everywhere! These are your two." Clearly they think everyone buys a lotto ticket as often as they fill their gas tank. Gas station logic. Me: "Ok, well, I'm not paying for those." Guy#2: "THEN I'M NOT SELLING YOU A POWERBALL TICKET!" Guy: "Have a nice day!" Wow. VERY serious business here. I'm crushed! I leave, laughing. Enjoy your careers, gentleman. One bonus star for the education, having fuel, some snacks, and a generally clean interior. I took my newfound knowledge and all future business up the road to Arizona Last Stop, where I was greeted by the sweetest lady who walked me through the process (since I didn't even know which of several forms I was supposed to use). Customer service: so simple and pleasant when done right. So sad yet entertaining when broken and inept. read more

If I can give a negative rating, I would. This place is a complete ripoff with the overpriced gas and bad customer service. I can't believe the dumb cashier actually implied that I was dumb for not carrying cash on me cause their debit/credit went down. Never stopping here again... read more

Stopped on the way to the Grand Canyon. It has great bathrooms, drink and snack selection and also a ton of Lotto tickets.

Very large and clean establishment. The restrooms were spotless- no paper on the floor anywhere. Tons of food options available here. There are also a lot of souvenirs. It's a good place to stop by, browse and stretch your legs after sitting in the car for so long. Staff is very pleasant, too. read more
