It's about 2 miles off the freeway, but absolutely worth the quick detour. Honestly, I'm burned out on the same old In-N-Out flavor and the overly buttered buns, so this was a great change. I kept it simple and ordered a single burger, fries, and the little drink combo. The burger had really good flavor, the fries came out super hot and crispy, and their fry sauce is hands-down the best I've ever had. Service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the whole place just felt solid. My only note is that the patty was a little thin for my personal taste -- next time I'll order a double. Which just gives me something to look forward to on the next trip through Kingman.

The Pit Stop burger (on menu) that I had was great; in flavor and in presentation. We all enjoyed our meals. For my sons meal, whose 5, it was also great / he had chicken tenders and fries and they didn't make them too hot or burnt, which was awesome. Inside of the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Where they really lacked was their service on the front patio. They have 6 tables (I think), outside and the service was rather slow and felt quite ignored at times.

I struggled between a 4 and a 5. After some deliberation, I realized a 5 just wasn't possible…read more The cleanup of the atmosphere and decor was mostly well executed, and the bar and white tablecloths are a massive improvement. The artwork though felt generic and mass produced. The food last night was excellent. We ordered seven dishes for four of us, and the flavors were on point throughout. Their "sharing for two" concept was strange, though. Cut a burger in half? It's not a draw, and it also makes Parlour a difficult choice for a business meeting. The service was passable, but there were training opportunities. If a customer asks for a recommendation, make one. Don't recite the menu. At this price point, the service should feel polished and discreet, not merely competent. And please don't offer the check before it's requested--not in a half-empty restaurant, and especially not when the table has given no indication that it is ready to leave.

I honestly haven't had really good chili cheese fries or a good smash burger in a long time, and this place checked all the boxes. We also ordered the Cali Dog with a side of fries, and it definitely reminded me of home-the kind of good, solid hot dog you crave after getting out of the bars or clubs. The buns are soft, the veggies are fresh, and everything was flavorful, well-seasoned, and tasted fresh. I'll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Henderson area!
