If I could give the store a zero I would This store is the most rudest store I've ever been to it was around 157AM when I walked into the store, he immediately tells me that he's closed and so I left Around 220 I see another customer come out of the store with a black bag so he is open and proceeded to tell a lie to me and so when I walked back into the store he tells me he's close and I'm asking him how are you closed if the doors are not locked and I just seen a man leave with a black bag he told me it is close for beer I proceeded to tell him I'm not buying any beer I was buying food He proceeds to ring up my items he charges me for my food I give him the $15 he takes forever to give me my change and then he leaves my items on the counter I ask him for a bag and he charges me $.20 for a bag and then on top of that he did not even bag my items I bagged my own stuff Another gentleman walked in and heard me arguing with him I was saying to him how yesterday I came into the store the same register guy was there he complimented me on my coat and now you're charging me for a bag And then he gets hyped up and starts calling the police because he said I called him the N-word which was totally not a fact and the gentleman that came into the store seen the whole thing I would not recommend the store to anybody this is the most rudest store in Northgate area and he will call the police on you for no reason while he was on the phone with the police he was trying to make it seem like people were threatening him he lied to the police and told them that the gentleman who was in the store with me had brass knuckles on when he only had silver rings on As a woman coming to the store and being treated like that it makes me feel uncomfortable and I am glad that that gentleman was there to witness everything that I entered from this man I took pictures of him as well which I would post if I could post a video with it I would but I would not recommend the store to anybody I would rather you go to the 76 across the street next-door to the Starbucks or to the shells down the street He even lied to the police on the gentleman that was in the store saying that he was rude to him and threatening him and that gentleman never threatened him never said anything to him the only thing he asked him was why aren't you bagging her stuff for her why is she bagging it herself Now I understand why the store has a 2.5 review on yelp it needs to have a zero or a -0 if possible the store is unprofessional the customer service is horrible the way they treat people is beyond out of this world read more

Dangerous false advertising. Sign on air pump for tires at gas station explicitly states "Complimentary air for customers- see cashier". After making a purchase and asking for the pump to be turned on, both the cashier and the manager (who stated his name was Jessie) refused to comply even after being shown the sign on the pump, in violation of RCW 9.04.050. I stopped here 11/30/2021 at 4:25PM. The cashier had his mask hanging off one ear: this three days after news of a new COVID variant even more contagious than delta. Not only that, but he tried to short change me $20 from a $100 bill. I CLEARLY said "twenty dollars on pump 5" and he returned $60. Is he hoping I'm too loaded to notice or something to ??? So the gas IS about 13c cheaper than neighboring stations. The last time I was here, a violent person had just smashed the glass doors. It's next to the freeway: plenty of crazy 'campers' living nearby. Definitely lock your car if you are going into the store for even a minute. read more

filled up our rental car at this station, a small economical car. We put in 20$ on a credit card. When we returned home we found we were billed for 200$ by this station. Ripped us off for 180$. Husband called them but was told if he had paid inside they could have fixed this. It is THEIR station, THEIR pumps. Credit card company is requiring us to do paperwork instead of them doing the work for us(American Express) as what other banks and C Companies do for their Loyal and in Good Standing Customers. When I kindly asked for the bathroom I was directed to it. It's pretty decent and appears to have formerly had an outside only access but at some point became indoors only? I usually use Chevron and this is another good for its use station. Just bear in mind when exiting - please just TURN right and U-turn back for the freeway during rush hours. Stopped in to get some air for my tire. My friend went inside to get quarters. The cashier was rude to him and took 10 minutes to explain why he wouldn't let him just get change so we could use the air/water machine. Finally, my friend gave up and bought a drink just to get quarters. The air/water machine is in the car wash driveway, so we were trying to be fast before someone wanted to use the car wash. It's also on a slope, so it's hard to put air in a car tire when it's on a hill. This is the dumbest place ever to install this machine. Then, I had to back up, going backwards through the car wash entrance, to get out and leave the gas station so I wouldn't have to buy a car wash! Unreal. read more

This was the worst carwash I ever got. I got the most exspensive option, only to come out with my car looking the same. Dirty. PLEASE do not waste your money here. This Chevron is out of my way, but I went a few miles out of my way to save 14 cents. AND I'm glad I did, 'cause every gas station I drove past was still in the .89 cent range for plus. Manager is rude and threatening, has no problems with trying to rip you off even after showing her their own list price. The gas didn't turn off automatically, and as I am standing there (luckily monitoring it) it started spewing all over my car and the ground. I turned it off as quickly as I could but alas it left a huge puddle on the ground. I went inside to tell the worker and he said it didn't matter. I tried appealing to him multiple ways to clean it up, but he said I was the first complainer(!), so there wasn't a problem! I took pics of the pump (#7) and all the signage - looking for a phone # to call, because clearly this is a safety concern. As I was trying to leave it became evident to me that the gas was super duper slippery so I went back inside - a 2nd time - to appeal to him again. This time he played it off like he had "already told me he was going to chk it out" - which is a lie. I only use Chevron gas and this station has the best prices in the Seattle area. Yes it can be hard to get back onto I-5 South from the station, but like others have said, don't risk it. Turn right out of the station and U-turn up ahead. Bottom line: Worth the hassle for the awesome prices. TIP: Pay cash and they will discount your gas price. Read the gas prices carefully because they do have a cash and credit price. read more

I had a car issue and pulled over at this gas station. It was pouring rain and I was 6 months pregnant and I had to figure out what to do with my car. Within 5 minutes of parking in the lot, an employee came out to ask me how long I would be. I asked if I could have just another 10 minutes so I could find a mechanic or get a tow. She said she didn't know. Another 3 minutes later she came out to ask me how much longer. I told her I would leave. 8 minutes in their lot is all you get-- no matter what condition you are in. read more

This is by far one of the most difficult gas stations in the city! Hard to get in and out of, yet the only one that I know of close by Target. Some places will consider debit as the same as cash, FYI, this place does not so don't expect the cash price. This is the worst car wash that I have ever gone through. The dryer did not work so my car was sopping wet when I was done. I went in to complain and the clerk's solution, along with his atrocious customer service and a lot of shoulder shrugging, was to give me another CAR WASH(!!!?). When I asked what if the dryer didn't work again, there was more shoulder shrugging, this time coupled with raised eyebrows. Went through the car wash again. Dryer didn't work again. Paid $12 for the car wash and the machine stopped early into the soaping stage. Left the wash tunnel after 5 minutes of waiting, then went inside to get it resolved. Was directed by the rather unfriendly/surly female worker to go back around again. All she did was reset it and left....well....sure enough, second time in, it stops again before the brushes start rotating. Went back in, told the gal just refund my money and let me out of there, I've already wasted 15 minutes more than any other normal automated car wash. She flat out refused and wanted me to get back around again....fine. And guess what? After getting soaped up, the machine stops again. There's a much friendlier, working Chevron Car/wash on Aurora and 150th, across from the Safeway. Will probably never return here. I was able to get gas... eventually. The pay-at-pump reader rejected my Chevron card, so I had to go inside to deal with the clerk. The staff doesn't speak much English, so the idea that I wanted to fill the tank (on my motorcycle) was beyond him. Cheaper gas than the 76 across the street by 10 cents a gallon. That gives it 5 stars, Add in Easy in and out plus proximity to I 5 it is a thumbs up. But it is busy busy. Minimart is small but ok. Serves Seattle's Best Coffee. Around the corner from Barnes and Noble or Target if you need a stop and bathroom break, (didn't check the restrooms here.) All in all savings to your wallet is totally worth a stop if in the area. read more

I got the $12 wash but they have cheaper ones. The machine washed the car pretty well, but there are a few issues. The first is when driving up to the machine on the green light, the car's underside is sprayed. This is so out of place, I wasn't expecting it, and drove over it too quickly for the spray to do much...the lesson, about 20' before getting to the machine, go slowly so the bottom will be cleaned. The second issue is the abrupt ending to the wash, when the car is completely wet. I drove out in my wet car, thinking "what sort of BS is this?" but then some battling blowers did sort of dry my car off. If they weren't pointed at each other, they might have done pretty well. It is convenient and decent, so, I'll use it again. read more

Some of you think it is expensive because it is in town or on busy street, that is your problem, learn how to drive. Get their CC and pay less. Just pumped some gas there. Price per gal. for reg. gas. $3.99 cash/Chevron card/gift card, otherwise $4.059/gal. Pump #2 digital screen did not work so I walked inside, giving my Chevron gift card to the cashier so she can run it thru, confirming I am getting the cash price of 3.99/gal. Without checking right away, I pumped and took off. At home, I checked my receipt, and I was charged $4.059/gal. No way! Not that a buck is a whole lot; it is the business integrity a business has to stand by. This is a scam and it's illegal practice, RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS!!! Will contact BBB and will place negative review anywhere I can. Shame!!! read more
