Stopped at this gas station during a road trip, and it was incredible compared to most gas stations I see on the road. So much so that I felt compelled to write a good review. Their restrooms are FREE. You don't need to pay for something to use basic utilities. That is golden when you're traveling. Their restrooms are also CLEAN and there's multiple available. Which is priceless. The entire store is clean, stocked, and kept impeccably. Everything looks organized. Usually I feel scared at gas stations as a young woman, but this location made me feel comfortable. Would recommend as a rest stop! read more

Chevron - Gas Stations Near Me - Santa Maria, California

This Chevron is conveniently located close to the freeway. Gasoline prices at Chevron stations are normally higher than everybody else. This station was no exception. Got to pay more for that techron. The convenience store portion of the Chevron was alright. Had what the snacks and drinks I needed to get to my destination. Employee who assisted me at the register was cool. Restrooms were clean. No complaints from me, and I'd stop in again. read more

Fuck this spot! Called ahead to see if they had any showers and they said yes. Asked if you needed to be a truck driver to use it, they said no. I come in and they're asking for my Class A License and they said we only give showers to drivers I was like wtf? I literally just called someone. And they were like well you probably called somewhere else Useless ass spot run by ass clowns read more

What a wonderful lady just waited on me! She was thoughtful, kind, and very helpful! Her service was the best! The prices were reasonable, and when I asked if I could get a last-minute item she was accommodating and responded positively. My request for service was met. read more

Gas price was little lower then the nearest city. Next to the freeway exit and entrance. Stopped by for the gas and a coffee. Coffee was too sweet but still good for my caffeine. read more

They say they have def but you can't pump it at the pump unless your tank is on the left side. It's only available on the trucker side. I tried to slip in just to top off my def & got ran out because I came in the wrong way. I get it's it's a safety thing. but I just wanted an EASY way to put def in my MH! read more

Do not buy gas here. Way overpriced. However the mini-mart is very nice. Good choice of merchandise and extremely friendly staff. Reasonably clean bathrooms. read more

Pump did not work, went inside to pay, the torta working there was incompetent and refused me service.

We transport camper and we were looking for a truck parking place. We called the station and the guy that answered the phone was really helpful. They have free truck parking, just advise getting there before 4-5:00pm it fills up fast. Fits around 60-75 trucks. They have truck pumps, & scales. The station is very clean, restrooms very clean. Friendly staff! There are good restaurants within walking distance. Pictures are of the parking lot standing in the center near one end. I like pics to see what I'm dealing with. read more

Stop #2 - Why can't we refuel while driving? Time for fuel so I can continue northbound. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/chevron-santa-maria?select=NxzpfzyzvW6-uuuVM44S6A#NxzpfzyzvW6-uuuVM44S6A The thing with being on a road trip is, you stop for gas at a station that's closest to the highway, admittedly because it's convenient. The problem is "they" know they've got you and the prices are at least 10 - 15 cents a gallon higher than another station a 1/2 mile or so away. This station is in a good location, easy access off and back on the highway. Plus like most stations, using your credit card you can pay at the pump. And you remember those cute little Chevron cars in their commercials, right? This station has an inflatable one up on the roof. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/chevron-santa-maria?select=NxzpfzyzvW6-uuuVM44S6A#7caSTAuzB_KJoAuReDcJUg So after filling the tank I got back on the highway and right back off again at the next exit to grab something to eat. The gas station at that exit was $0.15 / gallon less, ARRGG! read more

I paid $100 for diesel and the pump stoped at $99.97 ! So they are ripping people by fraction of cents...once you add all the money in one day, Gas station probably put in their bank account easily like $500 and if you multiply that for 30 days; Owners from this shitty gas station made around $15,000 !!! A month ... please avoid these crocs and remember for you it might be a couple cents but once you add all the trucks and cars fueling gas, it's more than what you think read more

This gas station completely saved my butt when I was on "0 miles to empty" on my way down to Santa Barbara!!! Siri told us that there wasn't a gas station for many more miles but then a miracle occurred: we passed this Chevron! It's pretty hard to be a bad gas station. All you need is gas, fair prices and a couple good snacks, which were all there at this location! We were able to fuel up quickly with the help of the friendly cashier who assisted me when I need to put in just $20 of gas at my pump! I got some takis, water and gatorade and was good to go and made sure to stop here for a fill up on my way back to the Bay Area! Nothing special, but five stars for the fact that this gas station is the reason I didn't run out of gas on 101, so three cheers for that! Thank you Chevron!!! read more

Convenient, clean and well lit station right off the freeway. However gas is way too expensive. Costco Right around the corner is 60 cents less per gallon ($3.95 vs $4.55 at Chevron) read more

Two thumbs down. Three pumps didn't work, gas attendant had no idea how to do anything and was no help. Very small candy selection, just go across the street! Good map though read more

Truck stop is small but very clean and friendly staff. There is one shower available which is large, cheap $5.00 and super clean. The restaurant next door is great also very clean and great food. Shops across the freeway offer everything you need. Best small stop I have been to in a long time. read more

Well, i give it a 3 star for even being here for us trucks to park. California is consistantly bad with parking for trucks. You want your freight, and then we should just disappear...smh. Small convenience store, a few fuel islands, might have missed it, but i saw no showers (could be wrong). A good eatery next door though, within walking distance. Down the street is a Walmart and other stores to bobtail to. Lot is somewhat paved, with partial dirt lot. Its not beautiful here, but its here. Maybe parking for 30 or less trucks. Lots of vans and campers taking up spots. read more

Best diesel in town because it is a truck stop so you know the supply is refreshed. Best price on diesel too if you like brand name!

I I went in this truck stop many times and it was a great place and I never had any problems but on the 15th of this month of May or March I mean I was in there and I was getting a hot dogs and I'm a homeless person and there were no cardboards boxes to put the hot dogs in so I had I had to do it in my hands so I did not want to use the tongs to get my hot dog out because I did not want to touch the tongs and then touch my hot dogs and eat them so I grabbed a hot dog that I was going to eat when one of the workers started yelling at me I rate and telling me to use the tongs and that I was touching the hot dogs touching all the hot dogs and that she'd been watching me and I so I grabbed the hot dogs and risked my health because she made me upset the way she had yelled at me and falsely accusing me fraudulently accusing me in public by saying that she saw me touching all the hot dogs when all I did was grab the hot dog that I put on the bun and I took a bite out of it because I never had that one and I wanted to make sure that I liked it before I choose the other hot dog cuz I was buying too so I used the tongs and I proceeded to and she yelled at me about throwing me out of the store because I defended myself as I have a right to that I did not touch all the hot dogs but she insisted that I had seeing embarrassed me in front of people and at the counter I went to pay and when I was done I again tried to correct her by saying that she should not falsely accuse somebody and in public and loud when she is wrong but she then yelled at me more putting me down and then the hot dog buns were crumbling in my hands as she was yelling at me and I was trying to hold my keynote tickets that I had played as well but the hot dog buns were crumbling I did not understand that the hot dog buns were no good either until I walked she called me said I made a mess all over the counter when it was her hot dog buns she should have been paying more attention to her job by having the cardboard boxes available and fresh buns as well in the hot dog been but instead she rather falsely accused people and put homeless people down and make them feel really bad and make them go through a lot of hassle and go to jail under the assumption of being under the influence and being wrong because they didn't leave the gas station because I can't I went out of the gas station after I paid took a bite of my hot dog and it fell apart and that's not supposed to happen with the fresh hot dog bun The bun was not good so I proceeded to return to the store and she met me at the door and said I'm not allowed in there and I said okay I just want to return these hot dogs because the buns are no good she said no and that she's calling the sheriff and I thought well good to sheriff will come and I will get my money back because I deserve my money back to the hot dog buns are no good and I didn't pay for bad hot dog buns I paid for fresh food but she called the sheriff and I got harassed by the sheriff and because my I'm having a bad teeth problem maybe have tetanus and I'm losing my teeth they thought that I am under the influence of drugs so I had to go to the station and I had to sign a paper because I could not issue a sample of my pee because their toilets were very dirty and ugly and I just wanted to go home to my dog so I had to sign a paper that actually makes me guilty because read more

The hubby and I found this Chevron gas station right off the freeway on our way back from visiting Solvang for the weekend. The location is really convenient and the lighting was perfect since it was super early in the morning when we were here and I didn't feel unsafe at all waiting in the car while he went in to pay for gas and grab some goodies to snack on. He said the inside was pretty clean and they had everything we needed in terms of energy drinks, junk food, etc. read more

This gas station is a life saver! Also doubles as a truck and rv rest area! Very convenient and comfortable. Not many of these stops around that will just let you park and sleep over night.. Total rip off since this station and the Mobile across the street are visible from freeway. Their prices are 30 cents to 50 cents a gallon more than the stations just to the west on the other side of the 101. And oh surprise, their prices always match to the penny... price fixing? The Conserv Fuel at 910 East Betteravia Road is brand new, great clean bathrooms, and gas is much cheaper.
