What has happened with this station??? Will only stop there if it's absolutely necessary. I say that as a long time customer who in the past use to frequent 4 to 5 times a week. I can not believe the difference since the new year began. Obviously 2023 has not been good to this place. Keep in mind I am not one to post reviews, this however calls for that kind of special occasion. This store is consistently a wreck. Filthy inside and out, especially the restrooms. Trash always on the lot, wiper fluid buckets disgusting, and apparently the management is perfectly fine with the business looking like a combination of a homeless coalition and drug rehab. Yes, that includes some of the staff. I hope they can turn it around. I miss the Chevron I use to know. I guess clean stores, courteous staff, and competent management are a thing of the past some places. What a shame​ read more

Working in the area for ten days and need coffee in the morning. First time there, the woman behind the counter was very friendly and attentive (wishing everyone a blessed day). Coffee bar was fully stocked. 2nd & 3rd time, different woman and a guy who were too busy talking to give a crap. Kona was empty both times and so was the 1/2 & 1/2 dispenser, both times. You would think that it's early morning and the coffee bar would be fully set up but the employees were far too busy chit chatting behind the counter to actually have to do their jobs. Beware of the store! One of the employees tried charging me for things that I didn't even bye after I told him he got mad and fix it and then as he gave me my it's my receipt in my bag he went to head and charged an item 3 times and then yelled at me that he didn't owe. me anything! As he pulled me to the side of the store to discuss the issue he looked at it sold all the charges that he did and said I'll give you $20 back and then you need to leave!? I spend $100 there? I did absolutely nothing but get gas a car wash but a blanket had some time to kill walked around but some souvenirs some drinks a few things and then at the end when I buy it all I get treated like crap by the employee how do you give me my $20 he told me to get out of his store I asked for the manager he lied and told me he was the manager after I was able to find out who the manager was even the manager didn't make me feel at ease like I was taking care of he made me feel more like he was sceptical of what I was saying like I would go out of my way to call him on a Sunday on his day off to make something up and waste my time this has been the weirdest experience I have had in a very long time but the top it off I half an hour later I get a fraudulent charge of $60 on the same card that that same employer you told me didn't work which it did because I have plenty of money on that card watch out you guys we do have some cracks in the world and even when you reach the manager hoping they will try to make that change you still might have to go a step further to make sure this happens no one no one else again I work hard for my moneyI pay my taxes and I'm a mum of two kids I didn't deserve to get treated that way today and I even told the gentleman that yelled at me that I had a cousin passed away and he shouldn't treat people this way Especially a person that just been $100 at the store they were cat and the reason you got a Job! Keep on keeping on buddy you're making a difference in this world! You're that guy that we tell our kids about when we want them to be aware of what they're doing so they don't get taken advantage of period I hope that made you feel good because I cried when I left the store oh and the manager thanks for making me feel like you were going to take care of me so I can go there again for gas and I will have to be worried about having money stolen from me What happen to "the customer is always right "?what happened to "your innocent until proven otherwise"?I guess the only thing to do is contact the authorities in these situations let's try to make the world a better place people it's hard enough! read more

Lots of pumps, competitive prices, busy and clean. You can always spot a good gas station when you see taxis filling up; when I pulled in, there were two. I didn't have the Vons/Albertson's discount card but they accept it. Great location. read more

Yeah it's just a gas station but whatever. It's got a big selection of snacks and energy drinks are reasonably priced (2 Rockstars for $3) and the staff are generally friendly. They also have T-shirts and sweatshirts for sale. The bathroom is clean but has the fake mirrors that are really more like polished metal. At any rate, it's right off the freeway so you don't have to drive super far off the 101 to fill up your tank. It's next to a Jack in the Box which has tables outside so you can chill for a bit if you want. I stop here when I do the drive from SF down to socal, and miss the Shell station off Spyglass Road in Pismo (which has a cleaner restroom with real mirrors). Their car wash sucks though ... I got my Civic washed and the air flow setting on the drying phase must have been set too high because it literally blew one of my windshield wipers off of my car. read more

dude named Devon working at the time was extremely rude I had gone to two different pumps that did not work paying 7+ dollars a gallon for fuel you would hope the pumps work like they should I had told the guy inside they don't work he didn't say a word so I switched to the second pump it did not work and was told to leave cause when he was told the second pump was not working either never going back there again read more

I like the station though it is a bit expensive. I especially like the platter out of pumps. I try to use my Samsung pay but it seems to not work most of the time outside. They have a car wash. Is Optimum people smoking out front which is a little bit annoying. It's combined with a Jack In The Box and they have a lot of items in shop and clean bathrooms. read more

This is just your average Chevron with a connected Jack in the Crack connected to it, but I come here E-V-E-R-Y time I drive from The Bay back to Santa Barbara/Camarillo or vice versa. Great location. It's right off the freeway, it is creepily always at the point in my drive where I need to piss, get gas, smoke a cig, and there's an outlet across the street (and you know how us Asians love shopping). Great pit stop. Oh also, 50% I stop there they have a special going on where you get free coffee or soda with a fill of at least 8 gallons. Pretty clutch. read more

I just really enjoy my daily stop into chevrons extra mile convenient store. I will say that their prices are absolutely outrageous but what do expect in pismo beach. The staff is super cool! I stop in to this store usually between 3-6pm m-f and and greeted will a smile and sincere customer service. It's refreshing. The employees seem to enjoy their job. I can't imagine working with tourists during a pismo beach summer, but they do it with a good attitude! So "atta boy " and read more

These guys are polite and professional and every time I go I know that they aren't going to try to sell me a tranny rebuild when I just need my oil changed. Best gas station in the area. Always clean and well stocked. I drive from Grover Beach just for the customer service. I've been going there for years and love the fact the employees have been around just as long. The car wash is Great- the gas a little bit pricer then others in the area, but What makes up for it is the employees. At least the morning crew-Danielle, Red, or Nathan. Two thumbs down for this gas station. If I could give them a "0", I would. I always stop here going and coming on my trip from OC to Monterey County. I went a different route this time, however, going up, but stopped on Nov. 8 right before 7. I am not a Vons member, so the only option for "no" was to cancel the transaction and see the clerk. He told me I had to have a preauthorized payment. I should have gone elsewhere. I guessed $30, got a receipt from him for $30, and only pumped $21.51. So I checked my bank balance before I left, and sure enough, $30 was taken out. So I went back inside and was told I must be wrong, this is the way it's always been, and that I would get a refund in 24 hours. Not so. Still waiting. The manager jumped in, unasked, and said all gas stations are like this. Not so. Their tone was that I was a liar. Hope I read their tone wrong. I contacted their email address yesterday, got the general manager, who wanted a copy of my receipt and my bank account entry (not good) and said I must have a final receipt for or the $21.51. No, and was never mentioned. Now I have a complaint hotline-logged in the complaint, but no help at all. No new information. General manager insinuated I am a scammer. Again, no. I want my money back and I will definitely not be back here. In fact, I am kind of down on all Chevrons at this point. read more

They recently installed those incredibly annoying pumps that loudly play advertisements while you fill up. Best part is, they can't be muted! And they are extremely slow to respond to button presses when putting in your credit card etc. screw this place. Shouldn't be forcing loud annoying ads on paying customers. Go to literally any other gas station and you'll pay less and have a better experience to boot. read more

Gas prices are high, but windshield washing water is always clean and soapy. Don't buy gas here. Just wash windows.

Out of all the gas stations here, they have the best detail express station. The air compressors are so much nicer and fill up my tires a lot faster. I am very pleased. I will for sure come back because I know they're top of the line and actually sanitary along with organized! The mini mart is extremely nice and the bathroom is surprisingly clean for a gas station.
