When done right and properly maintained, touch washes are the only way to get your car clean. This one (touchy-type) is nice because you pull in and stop and then the machines move around the car. It does a great job of washing and a good job of drying. There is a manual pre-wash if you like as well as towels for hand drying afterward if you want. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

I went back and explained the issue to the same cashier but I was told I had to pay again to use the car wash because she already gave me a free service. She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!

Inside the service station its clean and well stocked, everything is pretty pricing as to be expected except for the drinks which are good value for money. The Coffee station is excellent, the coffee great. When they do get their hot food sorted out the breakfast sandwiches are excellent.
