So I went there to get stuff with my ebt and I got a fountain drink and the lady told me it was fraud to pay for a fountain drink of soda or Powerade I have never ever heard such crap coming from a gas station ebt users beware and avoid this gas station as they are properly educated on what ebt allows I have gone to many gas stations and got fountain drinks with ebt I was in such shock that the lady that works there calls it fraud and there are no signs anywhere that I saw that said u could not purchase a fountain soda which is allowed by ebt I understand now why they have such bad reviews not a place I would recommend to anyone at all read more

This is a clean gas station; from the store front, inside, and importantly, the restrooms. The station is well staff during the day hours.

Convenient station on baseline and carnelian prior to heading up to the 210 freeway; not much interaction with the staff aside from once when my card failed on me (I must of demagnetized it somehow) but it was an older gentleman who was extremely friendly and helped me. The station is pretty clean, and the units are also good (well maintained, very little graphitti) and pricing is competitive. Will always stop here if in the area. read more

Dear Chevron: I hate you. I hate you for making record profits and sticking it to the rest of us working stiffs. I hate that I have to use your gas station as it is the most convenient in my life. I hate that you are always out of paper towels when I try to clean my windows. I hate that whatever pump I drive up to, inevitably the grade of gas that I need is 'temporarily out of service'. I hate that in the morning your price is ALWAYS 2 cents cheaper then in the afternoon. I hate that every other time that I drive up, your tanker is there replenishing the supply of gas. However, I do love your mini-mart. I love the cookie sandwich ice creams you carry. I love that your refills on your fountain drinks are like 64 cents or something akin to that. I love your staff...they are always cheerful (morning, noon or night). I love your coffee and coffee fixins. Used Garmin to find Chevron and passed a 76 station on the way to this place, as we prefer Chevron gas. The elderly man behind the register was cussing and pounding on the machine. Very very rude. Bad mouthed my husband to the other employee and then bad mouthed me as I left the restroom (which was very clean, the only good thing about that stop!) I wrote to Chevron corporate about him. The employees are usually friendly and accommodating over here - . I have been coming to this location for several years and I usually have a friendly encounter for the most part. . Lay off the old man alright .. If you give the old guy a chance to catch up he will be right with you. . I think he is doing okay , He's an Army Veteran who put his time in and.. he's still working at his age - I admire him for putting up with the boarder jumper thieves who walk out of this place with pockets loaded while he is taking care of the other customers. Very rude customer service. Went in to get a drink. When I went to check out the guy that was working there ask if I would donate $1 to the children hospital. I said not today (I already donated today) he then turned to the other worker and said I am on his shit list?! You are in a customer service field and you can't just say that in front of customers. Driving back home from work, and to my dismay my gas light turns on, ugh I hate pumping gas lol so this chevron is on my way home so it's super convenient, I stop by and it's raining to top it off, so I park get out the car and there's a note saying please pay inside wtf!!!! Eghh I have a love/hate relationship for this gas station. I only keep on going here because it's literally down the St from my house and I prefer chevron gas. It's also not a hassle to get your car in and out of this station. The minus two stars are for the elderly man working here (which I'm surprised not more people complained about here), as well as them getting rid of all the AZ tall cans (my fav drinks) which were the standard 99¢ and replacing them with a different AZ drink container which is smaller and cost more and has limited flavors. Needless to say, Extra mile is so greedy. The old man working there is the worse. I don't care how old you are you have no right to treat customers like absolute SHIT. I will even avoid going inside to pay or buy a anything if he is working there. He usually works night shifts now (just a heads up). He has harassed me on multiple occasions, from calling me a SMARTASS to basically refusing my service if I didn't hang up my phone call to pay for my gas while he was helping me out inside. Excuse me, but ur a gas station clerk not a ceo and I still pulled the phone away from my mouth and acknowledged you! He's also complained when I asked him for change back a certain way and even gives you attitude for his mistakes like putting gas on the wrong pump number. I normally use the self-serve, credit card machines at the pump. But, one time, the pump would not allow me to use the pump and required me to pay inside. The attendant was a bit rude and could use lessons on customer service- reasons why I just prefer to pay at the pump whenever I can. read more
