I've been coming to this gas station more recently and have really appreciated how conveniently located it is near so many shops and restaurants. It makes it easy to fill up while already out running errands. I also like that the gas prices tend to be pretty affordable compared to other nearby stations. Plus, on the visits I've made, I haven't really had to wait for a pump and have been able to pull right up and start filling my car, which is always a plus! DO NOT USE A CARD INSIDE TO PAY!!!! At about 9am on December 28, 2025 we stopped at the ARCO station on the corner of Foothill & Vineyard to fill the tank before heading back to San Diego. 8919 Foothill Blvd., Rancho Cucamonga California. My sister went inside to pay with an AMEX gift card since the pumps do not accept gift cards. The attendant put an $80 hold saying it will automatically credit back whatever is not used. It took $50.02 to fill the tank. She went back in to the store to get a receipt. Unknown to her I had the receipt from the pump. So we have 3 receipts showing everything. Early the next morning she noticed several notifications from AMEX indicating over $200 of additional charges and no $29.98 credit. Instead it showed inside purchase of $29.98 along with several door dash gift cards depleting all but $.02 remaining balance. She did contact AMEX and they pin all charges pending and will put back on her card. I just want people to know that this is most likely not the first or last time to happen at this ARCO station. I don't usually review gas stations, but this is by far the worst Arco I've ever visited. I've given it multiple chances since it's close to my work, but I'm consistently disappointed. This is the second time I've purchased an expired candy bar, with the chocolate visibly old and white upon opening. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, with homeless individuals and disruptive behavior being common. The staff is consistently unfriendly--no greetings or expressions of gratitude. Additionally, they lack a fountain soda machine, and the snack selection is extremely limited. The reason it gets one star is because there's nothing wrong with the gas and it's pretty clean usually. read more

This Arco location is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are wearing masks and making sure customers wear them too. The only down fall to this location is they share with a lot of others businesses so the parking is a hot mess. Especially because IN and OUT is next to them. So make sure to enter on the opposite side to avoid the hot mess. read more

Every time I ignore my judgement and drop in, my debit card isn't registering at the pump. "See attendant" always shows on the screen. Then after inserting my card three times at the register, the attendant tells me my card won't process. Frustrated, I ask him if the card reader works at any of the pumps and he barks "of course they do." What do you mean "of course they do?!!" I have to walk inside and wait in line every single time I've come to this location. I don't have this problem with my card anywhere else. The problem is not my card. The problem is the pumps and the rude/arrogant attendant. I'm so over this place and tired of giving them chances. Going out of my way to literally ANY other gas station from now on. read more

Owners/workers were not wearing masks yet they require you to wear one coming in. Customer service was not good, they were standing at the register talking to each other. They are not making any warm food. Ended up going to in n out next door. Gas was a decent price, but the rest of tje experience was not worth it. Drove in and wanted to use the restroom after purchasing gas and beverages. Super rude, would not let me use their facilities. Stated I should go use the one at In and Out Burger. Why would I use the one there when I'm not even patronizing their establishment. I'll never buy gas or anything else from this service station. Furthermore, I've notified Our Corporate Headquarters to not allow any of Our Fleet to use this station as well. Fix your gas pump in number 9. Two time the auto shut off didnt work on your pump and shot gas all over me. Yes I should have learned my listen the first time and thought it was a fluke but 2 times sucks and it wasn't just a little gas it was almost a half gallon silenty spurting all over me. read more

I went today to find something to eat, nothing is open and this was the only thing open. The lady was extremely mean and rude I asked her if there was anything to to eat other than chips? I practically begged her for hot food, she said "oh well all we have is tuna sandwich's" I understand things are scary right now but it doesn't mean to stop doing your job and be a nasty, disgusting human being. I think the place was great. They were very friendly and helpful people. I live in the area so I fill up there often. I use a costumer card called a "kick back card" that gives me points every time I buy gas or anything else from there store, to spend at any participating gas station. Just ask for one when you are at the counter. (it excludes a few products) It is a great well kept station with many choices of drink and snacks for the road. They also have a Texas Style BBQ restaurant that just opened that smells and tastes delicious, if you are looking for a bite to eat! read more
