They took his information and ran it against the ATM for $200. Luckily he caught this early and his bank is conducting an investigation but either don't come here or be aware of the fraud that recently occurred. How do you avoid fraud at the convenience check out? cash, prepaid cards, don't go to locations where others have reported fraud.

The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

A BREAK AT 8PM? If she knew she would not give it to me why did she ask my name? Why was there not a sign at the front door explaining they are on a break and cannot give out prescriptions? First off, I know traversing a new store to me can be an adventure-so I look forward to it. I must admit, though that my first impression is that the sense of organization to the way that things are placed around the store is a bit unorganized. It makes sense to me that all dairy product should be at least within adjacent places to each other in a store. It took me a while, looking for cream cheese. I've had to ask a staff at least three times looking for items. One staff, Colleen, stopped and asked if I needed help because we must've passed each other at least 2-3 times as I was going up & down the aisles looking for items. She said "you've taken pictures "all over MY store..." I informed her that it's my first time at this store & I'm also "Yelping". She then proceeded to explain that it's been newly renovated & gave me a handout to help me navigate the store. Although she may have intended to help me, I couldn't help but think that I may made her nervous when I was taking photos. No harm, no foul, but it made me feel less welcome rather than feeling accommodated. It takes time for me to get acclimated to a new store & first impressions are important. Needless to say, her interaction with me was not altogether comforting. With all things considered, items, aisles not being very cohesive in their placement but still organized & labeled accordingly, store is clean....it's still a great market. If I could give it 3.5, I would, because I place prime importance on customer service. I was excited to explore this market until the manager made me feel intrusive at "her store". Perhaps it was not her intention but I really felt like I was not welcome in her store. It took me a while to complete this review to allow a bit of time to pass but my gut still feels the same to this day.

Not helpful at all. The urgent care sent a prescription for my son's sinus infection to them and…read morethey didn't have that medication. They-refused to forward it to another Pharmacy so now my son has to wait another day for me to reach the Dr and have him send the Prescription else where. Not the first time they don't have something. It doest't occur to them to reach out to the client to let them know they're not able to fill a prescription. They waited so long to notify me that my prescription became invalid and was no longer supported by my insurance When you walk in to Hendrix the staff acts like you're a bothering them. I am all for supporting the mom and pop stores which is why we decided to go there but now they're impacting our health. I am done with them. Gloria

I am pleasantly surprised that this Walgreens has enough selection for mouth guards. Due to time constraints, needed to get the product in a hurry. As soon as I entered the store, I inquired from an employee & she instantly directed me to aisle 29. Thankfully the aisle numbers are clearly labeled but I could not locate the items. There was a button to press for help, I pressed it snd an automatic non live message was announced on the intercom. Within about a minute, a staff member showed up & showed me where it was. If it was a snake, it could've bit me already (my mom says this all the time ). He additionally offered another area to find mouthguards to specifically prevent you from grinding your teeth, instead of repositioning your jaw to prevent snoring (aisle 29's). SCORE! Off I went to the front to pay, BAM, done, son! There's plenty of free parking, the lot looks a bit littered though but the inside of the store is clean. I appreciated the prompt customer service.

The location is super convenient right on the corner of Baseline and San Dimas Canyon, which makes getting in and out quick and painless. What really stood out, though, was the team working during my visit. They were genuinely friendly and even cracked a few jokes while helping me with my order, which made the stop feel a little more personal than your typical convenience store run.
