Absolutely unacceptable. When I visited this store, I was ecstatic to realize they had a slurpee labeled "zero sugar Fresca" front and center. After drinking it, I quickly realized it was not in fact zero sugar due to the sticky residue left inside my cup. Though I am not diabetic, My younger sister who often visits this 7/11 is and an incident like this would send her straight to the hospital. As if things couldn't get much worse, when I was about to check out the worker was extremely rude. I had to greet him several times before he finally responded, watching pornographic content with earbuds in during his shift. Absolutely disgusted. read more

I quit going there around a year ago because my card would be scammed every time . well I went in April 11 2025 and bought a $20 lottery which I won $50 which I could get payed out had to go to Rancho to lottery office. today I got a letter from lottery that said they won't pay as the ticket was lost by the lottery or lottery retailer! so I'm out my money,I'm fighting this with lottery and they said they would investigate .I hope something can be done with these owners as they are not Honest! signed pissed off to the max read more

If you're coming to this store BEWARE my husbands debit card information was stolen when he paid at the Cashier (you read correctly) The cashier. They took his information and ran it against the ATM for $200. Luckily he caught this early and his bank is conducting an investigation but either don't come here or be aware of the fraud that recently occurred. Five star for the excellent customer service and the new slurpee addition. My boyfriend and I are always looking for sugar free options (as he tries to minimize how much sugar he intakes). We only found one other location that offers a sugar free slurpee option. And when we came in to recommend this option at a location close to us, they said they just added it. This 7-Eleven in La Verne California is kind of hidden in an older store but the employee was very nice very helpful. The store was fully stocked with cold beverages and warm snacks behind the counter and play with very courteous very thoughtful very talkative very friendly. I bought a go2bank prepaid debit card two days ago from this 7-eleven. I hand the clerk $400 in cash to put on the card . for two days I've been trying to activate the card and it kept saying invalid numbers, . I went to the store to go see the manager and she said there's nothing she can do . I've tried to call the credit card company and I'm not getting a live person. I went to this store this morning, the staff is rude. One of the cashiers RJ is extremely loud, tho it may be a cultural thing to yell so loudly as you speak but its completly and utterly inappropriate to be at that volume. We call the appropriate level our "inside voices" read the room RJ and stop yelling like a mad man, I know you deal with the homeless population all day but it's no reason to be at that volume. The isle were filled w/ merch on the bare floor violating health & safety code standards. products need to be 6 inches off of the ground. Also being handicap, the items you had scattered on the floor didn't meet the ADA clearance standard of the 36inches. The isles were impossible to get down because of this mess. I let the woman in the pictire know i needed to get to an item on this isle and she had the audacity to tell me "you can say excuse me". Wait one minuet. YOU are the one who made this Catastrophic mess, YOU are the one violating health & safety code and ADA & you expect me to say excuse me? No you need to say excuse me! You are the one who shoukd meet basic health & safety standars as well as provode customer service! You clearly need training to not be rude & roll your eyes the tell customers who are NOT at fault that they shoukd say excuse me. Whats worse is there were several other employees in the store stocking shelves, so there should be no excuse for these blatant violations she created. Who trained her? She should not be on the floor if she hasn't completed the basic training as well as the food saftey certifications required in this state. read more

Came in to buy 2 drinks marked 2 for 3 dollars and the cashier says 6 dollars so I said "excuse me" and he wouldn't look at me or speak. Had to ask for my money back. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN!!! I went to this 7-11 located on Town Ave. and Foothill Bl. in La Verne today to get a refill of Pepsi. I told the clerk behind the register that I was in for a .99 cent refill and he said, OK. I filled my cup with Ice then noticed they were out of most all of the fountain drinks and let the clerk know they were out, he acknowledged that they were out and proceeded to charge me $1.00 for the Ice. REALLY? I asked! I asked why would you charge me for Ice, I came in for a Pepsi, not Ice, I have Ice at home, he said,"because you have a full cup of Ice", I told him he could have it back, then he wants to argue with me and makes a big deal out of getting his Dollar. I can't believe this 7-11 store could be so Greedy and cheap!!! I am somewhat of a regular customer as I live here in La Verne. WE DO NOT NEED THIS KIND OF BUSINESS IN La Verne!! This place is a joke. They charge $3.85 for a small bag of ice. I didn't realize how ridiculous this was until I went to other stores to compare the prices. I don't even want to think about what prices they charge for all other items in the store. Never will go back. read more

Either it was the cashier or the owner, but I was disgusted by her treatment of a customer. She was very rude and judgmental. The customer was not wearing a shirt on a hot summer day and all it took was five minutes for him to be out of the door, but no, the cashier/owner decided to shame him for not wearing a shirt and drinking alcohol mid-day.
