Her "famous" words were "I don't care" and "I know" to every complaint about her behavior. It's pretty pathetic when an employee is in full agreement with being called out for having a nasty attitude. Even a group of 15-year-old boys who came in while I was there showed more maturity and respect than she did. It's a sad state of affairs when a group of teenagers has better social skills than a grown adult with a supposedly developed brain.
