She's been rude to me not once, but three times which finally prompted this review. I guess I inconvenienced her by walking up to redeem my winning lottery ticket and forcing her to stop talking to the gentleman at the pump ‍. She asked if I wanted her to check my ticket and I said no because I already did. She said she did not hear me so I repeated again that it was already checked and I wanted to redeem it. I got "Well what do you want me to do with it?" I asked if they do not redeem tickets anymore (since I've done this before), and she looked at me like I was stupid and said yes they do super snotty. I looked at her wondering then why that entire exchange was even necessary. The first two things someone coming up to the register with a lottery ticket likely wants to do is either check their ticket or redeem it. If it was garbage, I would have simply thrown it in one of the garbage cans spread out around the station. Last thing I want to deal with after a 12 hour night shift is someone in "customer service" being nasty to me for no reason. I don't think she deserves to be fired, but there's no reason to be rude to customers on the regular.

A couple days ago a friend of mine nicely got my car washed at 4 Sons Chevron on Anthem Way. But…read moreshe didn't know to remove the spare wheel cover and the antenna before heading in to the automated machine. So after I got my car back, both the tire cover and my antenna topper were gone! We called the next day and "Sam" told us that after cleaning the system and looking again they did not find anything. He even said that they would review the video to determine what might have happened. Later that day, I went down myself to confirm that those actions had been taken. I was met by the Manager, Sam, in person and he remembered the call. He then closed the car wash and diligently looked through each part of the machine including all of their drains to help find my antenna topper. All to no avail. He confirmed that he had looked through the videos also and had seen that the tire cover was still sort of attached to the vehicle when it left. (So if anyone finds a "Suzuki" tire cover in Anthem, it is probably mine!) Bottom line was that I did not retrieve either of my items from the car wash. When Sam saw my disappointment, he gave me a voucher for a free re-wash just for coming in! In the past, I had gone to his place for my car washes and by this time had already decided that I would now ALWAYS go there. But I cannot convey how impressed I was with the level of customer service, professionalism, and kindness that Sam showed to help find my items. To top it all off, while Sam was (again) looking for my items, the next customer was fairly patiently waiting to start his car wash. For that patron's time, Sam even upgraded his wash for his inconvenience! Truly, a great product, great service, great personnel, and a great experience. What else could one ask for?? They have everything that you'd expect a convenience store to have: coffee, soda, alcoholic drinks, candy, chips, ready to eat foods, donuts, ice cream, hot dogs, cigarettes, etc. My last visit, I bought six orange juices to make my mimosas at home along with my lotto tickets. The gas station here gets super packed during rush hours. There is a tire air/water machine outside near the gas pumps. It costs 2 bucks to use and you get about 5 minutes worth There is also an Amazon locker near the outside front entrance of the store if you wanted your Amazon packages to be sent here instead of your home. There have been only a few times I was disappointed coming here. One time they had no lids for the large slushee drinks. Another time, the gas receipt printer ran out of paper so I had to go inside the store to get my gas receipt. There was another time they ran out of orange juice. My breakfast mimosa ain't gonna mix itself. That was so terrible. How am I supposed to get through my morning at work without my mimosa inside my flask?!?! I'm still giving them 5 stars because they're friendly and they do ring you up very quickly. I'm heading there right after I post this to gas up and buy more lotto tickets. Bug spots on the hood. The guy told me it was windy that day, I replied "have fast did you "wind" send bugs into my car. $300 inside and out detail really turned into a really expensive half a$$ car wash. The managers fix was, take it through the car wash again and give me a coupon for another car wash. This was a FULL detail with a buff on the outside. I really hope you read this and take your vehicle to someone that will do the job you are paying for. FYI open your truck because they NEVER did!!!!
