I've never been treated badly at a JiffyLube so this is very unexpected and upsetting. I'm having a panic attack because I don't know if they're even going to do thing correctly or if they're going to screw me over on purpose. But I certainly can't recommend the place because of this. Will update if everything is okay... Update: I have driven 40+ miles and nothing catastrophic occurred. I think there was a combination of elements creating chaos at the shop today-- a difficult vehicle ahead of me, training going on, etc. It came down to ONE person not listening to what I was asking; she just walked away and told me they wouldn't service the vehicle. Cooler heads prevailed and the others at the shop treated me better, you know, with recognition that I was the customer. Perhaps she just needs some training in customer service. However, I do believe that the people in the shop did the work correctly, and my rig is safe to drive.
